OK so let's start with when we walked in. There was a young girl and an older woman, the older woman appeared to be the owner or manager. The young girl asked how many we said 4 she started to bring us to a table and the older woman was annoyed because our other 2 weren't walking with us but yet we're coming in the door and didn't want us to sit down right away (because we weren't all together) then once we sat down the server was right on top of us trying to get our order. None of us had even had a chance to look at the menu yet! Gave her our drinks order the usual water and coffee. Multiple times coming to the table in rapid fashion to get our order. Once we gave her our food order the food came out prettyy quick and will say was pretty decent. But! The whole thing continually seemed like we were getting the bums rush. Well it turns out we were! The older woman came over and told us we needed to go we were there long enough she needed the table! Are you kidding me? There was no massive line, there were no other 4 people needing the table! I DON'T CARE WHAT THE FOOD WAS LIKE NEVER WILL WE GO HERE AGAIN! And no we weren't there for hours at all, we gave our order, ate our food and was rushed out plain and simple. The kicker for 4 people having a simple breakfast, no alcohol, 3 coffee and water the...

This was my first visit and I was really impressed. The staff was unbelievable (from the hostess, servers and bus persons). They are certainly a team. Someone dropped a utensil at a nearby table and they were right on it it before the customer could request a new one. We got there when it was busy and there was a moderate line. But there was hardly any wait as the bus persons jumped right on the clean up when customers left. And they did a nice thorough job of it as well. On to the food now as that is the main reason to go out: quite enjoyable and tasty and definitely large portions. It would be unlikely you would leave hungry. There were plenty of choices on the menu (both breakfast and lunch) without being overwhelming. We both had the special banana bread French toast. YUM! A special shout out to our server - a young women with longish brown hair and glasses. She seemed to be a mind-reader there with a coffee fill-up just about the time you were about to think of it. (We were there around 10 to 11 AM on Monday the 2nd of January). She was quite efficient and cheerful to boot. Great experience. I would recommend this casual...

We were down in the area from New York to see Salem Mass. we stayed at the comfort inn across the street, and decided to try this for breakfast ! THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB for so many reasons . The service is amazing . Literally ! Even the bus boys - everyone is personable , they remembered us the next day ( we had to go twice ) , it was clean , friendly just amazing service . The place was spotless and you can see them clean after every guest! The food was literally the best ! I had some of the best white toast ever , raisin was amazing they press it with sugar YOU HAVE TO TRY IT! Their crunchy berry oatmeal was amazing !! They have healthy options , prices are awesome ! I told the girls we would leave an awesome review Bc the place is that good ! I wish they would deliver to NY but when I’m back in the area I’ll be coming...

Nick & Andy's is my favorite local breakfast spot. They were the last breakfast I ate out at before the quarantine and I rushed to them after it ended. My order is pretty consistent and their quality is just as. I usually get eggs over easy with their homemade hash, sourdough toast, and cold sliced tomatoes. My alternative order is an egg, kielbasa, and cheese breakfast sandwich on sourdough toast. The service is friendly and consistent and they are always very warm and welcoming. Don't hold it against them if you eat so much that you need a post-breakfast nap!

First visit to Nick & Andy's for my wife and me. It wasn't too crowded and we sat at the comfortable counter. Service was good and friendly. The dining room was open and airy with plenty of sunshine coming into the room. Coffee was good, but I prefer mine a bit stronger. Very nicely accommodated my menu modification and we were served quickly. Food was excellent and portions are good sized. Price was a bit lower than some of the other places in the area... Great value! We will eat here again when we are in the area.

First visit yesterday and loved it. We ordered pumpkin pancakes, one egg w/bacon and toast and a eggs Benedict with corned beef hash. The food is wonderful and these are probably the best pumpkin pancakes I have had. Fluffy and very flavorful. Portions are big, so if you aren’t hungry, you may want to share or be prepared to take some home. They are one of the few restaurants to serve brewed unsweet tea so that was awesome. Service is friendly and as attentive as we liked.
