Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Danville

Went at lunch to get two orders of the number 8's, the slider sandwiches. One order was wrong with the kind of sliders I ordered but all 4 of the sandwiches were so covered with mayo that it leaked off the sandwiches and covered the bread until it was just a soggy mess. Called and spoke to someone who was completely rude and kept replying, "Yeah" then informed me to, "bring the food back" and they would replace it. I was on lunch and explained I didn't have time. She replied, "Well if you want it replaced, we have to have the food back." No! I don't have time, my lunch is over and I am asked to hold on to the lunch that we couldn't eat and to drive back later to have it replaced when it is no longer needed. I get that some people will complain about food to get free food, and if the same person or group of people are always calling, but across the board that's their policy?! Also, no apologies that 2 lunches were ruined because their employees' carelessness. Management needs to take a hard look at their employees...

Last two visits have been terrible. Last time around, the girl in the drive thru flipped us off and took a picture. The green beans were also sent out with a bone mixed in. We didn’t bother calling to complain because we have worked in fast food restaurants and understand it’s annoying when customers show up in the last 30 minutes of being open. It’s not an excuse for what happened but we let it slide. This time we arrived about an hour before closing and ordered a side of potato wedges with one chicken tender meal, and a side of mashed potatoes with the other. We were told there’d be a 5 minute wait on the wedges. We waited for about 25 minutes, received potato wedges in both meals and they placed no sauce in the bag after being asked to do so. Ordered at the drive thru and had a large order. Got home, 20 miles away and the main item we wanted was not in the bag. Called back, then I drove back to the store to get the item. A lady grabbed my receipt and ran to the back and I hear someone yelling do you want a large order and I shook my head yes. All the while 3 people were staring at me like I did something wrong. The lady comes back with the bag after she crammed the receipt in the bag and NOT ONE TIME DID I GET AN APOLOGY. The lady at the counter smarted off that I didn't have to grab the bag.
