O'Kellys — Restaurant in Danville

Complete disappointment today. I understand that prices have increased but to increase prices, decrease the portion and totally fail to deliver quality is unacceptable especially for O'Kelly's. I spent $19 for 2 bag lunches that consisted of a half chicken salad sandwich, chips and drink. The sandwich was horrible the chicken salad was dry and also had a bone in it, the bread was worse than stale it was old. 1 bag of chips had been opened. Is there anything to say bad about O'Kelly's? Let me answer that for you. The place is always clean and I do mean always. The customer service is above exceptional, always! Prices are decent and you definitely get your money's worth. They need a 24-hour O'Kelly's so when you wake up in the middle of the night craving chicken salad you can head on over. My most recent visit was disappointing. We weren't able to order. I met an out of town friend for dinner. The sign on the door indicated that you should use the other door or the drive thru for service. We walked around the building to the other door to find it locked.
