Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Danville

The food was adequate, the store is nasty, and the customer service is horrific. I ordered over the phone and told them I had a coupon and how much it was for. When I pick it up the person seemingly doesn't know how to operate the cash register or enter a coupon. She just charges me whatever she likes. When I saw the receipt and returned to asked why I wasn't charged the price on coupon the hateful manager starts muttering under her breath with a nasty demeanor while she attempts to give me a refund. Then she proceeds to start telling me that I got a discount off the regular menu price (just not the price on the coupon that they mailed to me) and that I should be happy, before inevitably telling me to "get out ma sto". Firstly, the order took over 75 minutes to even process just to receive a call that they don't deliver to my address after a certain time. Why did no one fail to notice this when they originally reviewed the order? I will never know. Why it will take days for me to receive a refund for my order? I don't know that, either. Tighten up! Then when I call back, the rudest woman ever picked up with no intentions of resolving the issue. Therefore, I overpaid for delivery that never happened, tipped a driver that never showed up as well as paid for a 2 liter that I never got with the order even after having to go pick it up. Papa John's has always been my favorite "franchise" pizza; even if it costs a little more. However, since moving to Danville, I'm not a fan. I typically pick up & the store is always freezing cold which makes the hot pizza freezing cold. The garlic butter is a solid brick that when you take it home, you have to thaw it out. And every time, the pizza is RAW & the bread sticks are RAW! The wings are undercooked & are tiny! I've called to complain & I've been told it was cold because I took too long to get to the store. I live 2 miles away & order online. As soon as it shows it's in the oven, I leave my house & I arrive before it says it's done. Management doesn't seem to concerned...
