I'm a gig worker I was discriminated against with the store manager and let me say that I never had any issues there with anyone staff or not, never caused a disturbance or bothered anyone there, I get my assigned order ONLY and go. I wasn't disrespectful or rude to anyone, I treated everyone there with respect and kindness. I went inside to pick up a order as the older lil caucasian guy ask me the name of the person I'm picking up for I told him he said "It will be coming out the oven less than 5minutes," I said "ok no problem" as I was getting ready to sit down he say "If u don't mind can u wait outside, I will bring it out to u when it's done," I said I would rather wait in here for it instead of outside or in my vehicle it's hot" then the Caucasian lady who is the store manager goes on to say "Can u wait outside the lobby is to small he will bring it out to you when it's done", I said really? Why? How is the lobby to small I'm the only one in here," And when did you guys start doing that," she said "they should have been doing that" I said "oh really yeah ok and went outside and waited in my vehicle for the order. I have picked up several orders there assigned to me I confirm them as well before I bag it or after they bag it. And several times it was quite a few of us waiting inside on orders one time it was 6 of us waiting inside on orders 4 of us was gig workers and 2 other customers and 95% of the time the Caucasian older lil guy and the store manager was working I never ever heard neither one of them tell me or anybody else to wait outside or in vehicle and its been times I been in there 3 or 4 times a day cause I live nearby the location and never heard them say that to anybody on Aug 8 it was only her the guy and me in the store so what was her reason for that I honestly don't know so after I dropped off the order on lynch road I went home and called customer support team who i work through to complain to them about the situation I also told them that there was no signs saying we have to wait outside and the lobby stays open til 10pm. I ride by there all the time and that same day I after i was discriminated against it was a Caucasian gig worker waiting inside sitting on the bench with the red bag on her lap and later that evening it was a heavy set Caucasian guy sitting inside waiting on his order so clearly I was discriminated against. Just like they charging for the free doordash bags and they don't suppose to do that that's the only place that does and I definitely reported it cause that's crazy for them to charge for the free bag and then won't let u get your order without one they is wrong for that no other pizza places does it not even papa johns in Champaign or Urbana but with that being said I'm going to end...

I put instructions to ring the doorbell and leave order. I was working in my garage and have a bell out there. About the time I was supposed to get our order my dog kept barking, not thinking of it I continued to work. Thinking my food was late I went to check and there it was, Luke warm pizza! Now we open the box to give my grandson his half of pepperoni pizza and what do we find? Incompetence! Order clearly states: half 1 jalapeño Half 2 pepperoni. My dog was happy because instead of giving me what we ordered we get both toppings combined on whole pizza. Then when we go to get a slice the pizza was not cut! None of the pizzas were cut! When I called I got hung up on six times (have Xfinity and a record of). So I filed a complaint online. I get an email back basically telling me I have to call. So I did. And I talk to some Kim. That has nothing but excuses. After talking to an obvious under twenty-five year old that will not take responsibility for their errors and admitting she was the manager that day. So of course now I am making threats to her because I demanded my money back as the only solution or I will inform people of her obvious lack of skills and leadership. As manager do you not look at the ticket before you put it in a box? Do you not train your people how to cut a pizza or was that you the manager that made the errors and can not admit to your errors? The excuses of DoorDash is understandable but when all you want to do is give an excuse, grow up and learn to take responsibility for your actions! Do not believe that anybody from this Papa Johns has contacted me as of 10/15/2020, again shows the childish nature of owners...
Read morePizza was Ice cold they never called to let me know they had arrived (which they said the would on both deliveries) so i call them 20 mins past the 40-55min delivery time, they said it was delivered to the "icu" but there is no icu (im at the va hospital) so they remade it still never received a call on the 2nd delivery they said the number i gave them didnt work i waited an hour and 20 mins for the call on the remake which again i never received a call they told me it would take 30 mins for the remake so i called again to get a refund by canceling the order they said they would refund me but they CALLED an hour later and and said they were at the location with the pizza.... all and all i placed the order around 6:50 i received a pizza at 10:21....so if the number i gave them didnt work how did they reach me....anyways its winter and the pizza felt like it was just sitting outside for a while hence the ice cold for now im assuming they didnt want to refund me (even tho they said they would) so they decided to actually put effort in to delivering it i guess ill know in 3-5 days if i dont get my refund im calling their corporate or...
