Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in Danville

Incompetence is the only word I can think of....My mother in law ordered one dinner ahead of us, we ordered two. Our dinners were delivered, one of them totally incorrect of the way the order was placed, before hers. When asked about the order, we were told they were waiting on the steak to get done, twenty minutes after the order was taken. We have ate and finished our plates and are still waiting for hers. The leadership on duty is deplorable and the crew reflects his leadership. He was surprised that she asked them to redo her order.....This is probably the last time we will be in this place. Ownership should be appaled by the lack of competency in this group, after all the crew attitude reflects that of leadership.... Only Eason they earned one star is because this doesn't allow...

Today's breakfast was great . Biscuit was very fresh and had a great taste. It was one of the best biscuits I have ever had from Tudors in Danville West Virginia (keep up the great work who ever made the biscuits today) We stopped eating at the Danville Tudors due to the quality of the food went down hill. The biscuits was nothing but hard and tasted like paste. We Decided to give it another chance this morning. Okay so like I'm from Northeast Ohio and they don't have any Tudors where I live so as my husband and I we're traveling through West Virginia this is like my new favorite breakfast place that I wish I could come back to but unfortunately it's 4 hours away.
