I got a Gelati today and it was horrible! I go here all the time and I have to say i am very disappointed to say this was my worst experience every. The water ice has a weird after taste and has ice chips in it, and it also had some type of small seeds in it. The ice cream tasted so expired. I expected better from Fred’s but i am sad to say this might be the last time I will be...

Prices are crazy. Yes everything is going up and I get it. I run a business of my own. At the same time, they down sized the cups. Makes no since. Now charge for debit. SMH. They should have kept the same size cups for water ice. Just increase the...
