Happy Inn — Restaurant in Darby

Nice little spot in Darby! I’m guessing a neighborhood bar from the looks ya get walking in. Bartender was very pleasant and her mixology was ON POINT! Henny punch had me LIT! Food was not good! I ordered chicken with broccoli and noodles. Noodles were over cooked and over seasoned…chicken was not fully cooked…broccoli was perfect! Crab cakes were over fried…crab legs were over cooked…butter was extra salty….corn on the cob was cooked on some parts others not. I would not recommend coming there to enjoy a MEAL MEAL. Appetizers only😂😂. Music was great! Dj did a great job…pool table set up was awkward but enjoyable still. This place allows smoking so if smoking bothers you…I would reconsider. A little taste of heaven tucked away in the back of a less than desirable watering hole. Good option for seafood to take out, if you can withstand the environment for the duration of time that you are waiting for the food. Whatever you do, beg that your food is not oversaturated with old bay seasoning, and you just may be okay. Not an environment for the meek. You will need the full armor of God...

Not nothing extremely fancy about this place. More of a neighborhood bar. Looks like the place where the locals go. Includes up to date music, very extensive take out menu (but you can eat in), pool tables and reasonably priced drinks.
