Queen of Pizza — Restaurant in Darby

I only get good service from 1 girl! I think her name is Toya. Cheese steaks are delicious that's why I rated 2 stars but besides that THROW THE RESTAURANT AWAY! I placed an order for a small pizza and a cheese steak platter. When the driver got to me he didnt have the pizza and said he'd be back. No problem I was very understanding, things happen. However, when my pizza came IT WASNT DONE! I mean it wasnt done in the sense of the center was still DOUGH and not bread! I called the store very politely and told them. The cashier (a rude young man) expressed that if I wanted the pizza well done I should've implied it but I only wanted it done! He even went as far as questioning me "Ain't that how its supposed to be?" Um NO! At that point I asked to speak with a supervisor he acted as though he was upset with me again he said I should've implied that I wanted it well done I explained to him it wasnt done and he snapped and said "The delivery man will bring your money back! Give him the pizza!" It wasn't until the DRIVER apologized that they took accountability for the matter. Again things happen but service should always...

I’ve ordered from queen of pizza multimedia and this is the first time I’ve had an issue. I ordered a cheese pizza and they put a pork pepperoni on it. I don’t eat pork and I makes me sick to my stomach so they told me to bring it back. There was one worker who apologized for it and explained how it may have gotten there and said they would make me a new one. The workers however had an attitude about it and the one who made my pizza threw a bunch of cheese on top of it and once it was done he threw it on the counter. My last time ever going to them! Food is good, but delivery SUCKS! I called at 5:26pm for 2 cheesesteaks and one hoagie. I live 5 blocks away. I was told 30-45 mins. Fine. After 1 hour I called to see if my order had left and was told yes. 20 mins later I called again. This time the owner got on the phone and proceeded to yell at me! He said "if we said he's coming, he's coming". Wow, that's how you talk to your customers? Well after waiting by the door for another 20mins with NO delivery, I call back.
