I went and got 4 coolattas, nothing complicated. The girl got one of them wrong-she was giving us strawberry when we ordered blue raspberry. Not a big deal, I told her it was wrong (probably because there was a guy with a leaf blower right near the speaker when we were ordering). She apparently didn’t believe that she got it wrong, so she gave an attitude about having to get us a new one. When she came back with it, the way she said, “here you go,” I knew she had done something to it. I didn’t say anything, I handed it to my daughter (hoping I was wrong), my daughter took one sip and said it was disgusting. I tried it-she definitely put something in it, we couldn’t place it though. I think maybe coffee. My parent’s tasted it and didn’t think it was coffee, but both agreed that there was something in it. I had to go to another DD to get my daughter a new one. I would’ve brought it back to the girl with the blue/green hair and demanded a new one, but since you can’t see into that DD, I wouldn’t be able to see what she put in it next. Read moreI've ordered from here a few times after class when I'm going to shop in the area. I always order ahead. I'll usually sit in my car and kill some time before I go inside to get my order.
One of the times, I waited over 15 minutes from when my order should have been done and it still wasn't done. The employee who made my order had only put part of it onto the carry out shelf and left the other part on the counter behind it. I couldn't grab it because it was too far away and I ended up having to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to come over to hand it to me.
There were like seven people running around and each one glanced at me, but nobody bothered to ask if I needed help. That was a bit annoying.
All the other times I've ordered here, I haven't had any problems like that first time. Still, there's room for improvement here but I won't...
Read moreI can’t express my frustration enough towards people who are just simply ignorant. Today was “Free Medium Iced Coffee Day with a purchase.” Or at least it was supposed to be. I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl black and an English muffin. I get to the window and they stated $5.60. I had them scan my card (I am a member) and had a balance of $5.19. She then proceeds to say I owe 41 cents. I was very confused because it shouldn’t have been that much. The “rude” manager comes over and says I’m paying for swirl and butter. I said $5.60 worth of swirl and butter? I left with nothing being resolved. They took $5.19 from my account and today I did not get a free medium iced coffee.
