Hungry Hobo — Restaurant in Davenport

Online Order#4954748 West Locust 04/15/2020 Missing 2 baby bo’s and 2 cheddar fries. My fiancé called the store after I got all the way to blue grass and found out that I am missing two children’s meals for the evening. The manager on duty said that it would be taken care of the next time I came in.

I went back to this location 04/28/2020 and ordered another $50 worth of food and explained to cashier that I should have two cheddar fries and two baby bos on the house today. She replied with “we don’t give out free food” and she was not there the day I placed my online order so she didn’t know what happened. I then told her that In fact she was working that night and handed me my order. I also confirmed with her that, what she handed me was my complete order and she reassured me that it was all there when in fact it was not. I then walked away from purchasing this $50 order because your employees do not care about their customers. And your business is for profit only.

I didn’t think it would be so hard to provide me with items I paid for but did not receive. On top of that I go to this location almost 1 per week. I always spend at least $50 or more. And it costs you what? A dollar to make a baby bo? 75 cents for some fries and a dollar for cheese? You’re losing out on $200 per month for $5 worth of food that you’re already profiting off of?

I am highly disappointed. Never...

I was going to hungry hobo very hungry and ready to get a good sandwich. I ask the worker is there a sandwich that would be like a traditional Italian sandwich he says oh yes, the number 11 describes what’s on it and I said yes I’d like that after looking at what it looks like on the menu Then the person with me asked for the same thing, but with peppers receiving our order, they gave me a plain sandwich with just salami and the other meat with no lettuce no tomatoes no mayonnaise and no vinegar then when we went back inside to fix it, they didn’t give me a new sandwich. They just gave me the topping so I could do it myself , and then my boyfriend went inside. They told him that they could put the toppings on there for me even though when I asked if they could do that, they said no this place is totally inconvenient and I wish I never came here instead of Jimmy John’s, if you want a good sandwich and you’re not worried about someone, maybe spitting in your food , go to Jimmy John’s and better and bigger. The dude at the counter was too busy, trying to tell us his whole marketing campaign then and pre-written speech to actually listen to what we wanted never...

This place is a joke now! I order two separate sandwiches. One 11 regular with everything. Second is 11 regular with LTM. Lady asked if I wanted to switch to a king do half and half. I didn’t want to at first because I was afraid of it not being half and half. But after thinking I said sure. She took the sleeve for a king and wrote on it. I didn’t bother to watch since it was already wrote on the other ones just had to copy. No she put a 1 on it no I have two sandwiches with no meet(I ended up with meet on them from stuff I had at home.) When I call about the mess up. The lady that answered wanted me to bring the sandwiches back to get fixed. Never had someone ask me to bring food back to get fixed. Last time the bread was like 3 days old and crumbled apart so easy. I will never use this hungry hobo again!! Just many bad...
