Taco Bell — Restaurant in Davenport

It’s always hit and miss at this place. They never take care of you if you contact them and say they didn’t give you an item. And if you go inside and show them they failed to give you something, you will stand there and wait in line again. Employees act like they don’t care that you have to wait or whether you will ever come back.

Great that they try new items but sometimes those are bad. Now they’re charging like $2.69 for chips n dip. Thats when I took a break on Taco Bell. It’s just too crazy expensive. And when the line is 8 cars long, you sit and wonder why you chose Taco Bell.

July 20, 2024 @9:26pm: I was 13th car in line for drive-thru. After about 90 seconds, the cars finally moved up. Then it was 4 minutes before the next car moved up. With a bunch of pre-made food, how is it possible that this restaurant is this slow? I should have brought a book to read while I was in line. Now that I’m stuck here, I’m wondering why I didn’t just go get Chinese food. I’ve always gotten that within 10 minutes.

For tonight, 26 minutes in line. But the order was correct. Ya can’t win them all.

They should also put a decent sized menu before the order speaker. You have to pull up at least to the speaker before being able to see their menu.

2/25: 12th in line at 7pm. Are they all on break?! Line seemed to start to move but I still had time to take pics of all the litter that seems to accumulate around the drive thru window. Maybe they are trying to go fast by simply throwing the food at the customer.

For sure the 2 guys I saw working didn’t look like they’d taken a break or eaten. Skinny dudes. Must not...

This is like my 4th or 5th time coming to breakfast. And I'm in line waiting for 15 to 20 minutes before they even close and by time I get up to the window they stop serving breakfast. So I pretty much get punished and don't get breakfast and am forced to stay in line because they can't get through their line quick enough to wear people who come and sit here and drive 30 minutes just to get one breakfast burrito can't even get that because it takes 30 minutes for them to make someone else's taco. Then the way they have their drive-through setup you're force to stay in the line even if you don't want to get food you have to still wait for everybody ahead of you to get their food before you can even leave. I know it's fast food and whatever but don't call it fast food if it's not fast and yeah I could eat at home but I don't have food at home so...... Not trying to pull a customer 1st card. But come on Taco Bell I've wasted so much time and effort trying to come here and just get a simple breakfast burrito and I can't even do that period and trust me I come with enough time every time it's you guys who can't keep up fast enough. I worked at Taco Bell when I was younger and everything is already pre made so it's not...

We went to the locust street location and arrived at 11:09pm after the fireworks. There were already 12 cars ahead of us. As we reached the speaker at 12:07am we were given a recording stating they were closed. My friend called the number and the manager answered we asked if she could please take our order or if they would get it at the window since we had waited an hour. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and stated that it past 12 and they were closed. She had no empathy that we had waited an hour and that the person in front of us had ordered at 12:05. She stated that was the employees fault.their policy is no orders after closing time. We were then made to sit behind the person's which were allowed to order and wait 15 minutes for them to get their food. The night manager stated they turn away several people per night like this and it's just to bad.

Service has really gone down hill at this location and it is utterly ridiculous that you would be so rude and disrespectful to customers who were waiting so long for your product.
