My family was so happy to start ordering here. During COVID they were great with bringing the food out and placing it in whatever door of our vehicles we asked them too. They are always bubbly and happy when we call in an order. Great friendly and helpful employees and owners here. The owners are brothers and are involved in every aspect of their business in a great way! They will have conversations with customers not only in person but over the phone.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their slab of ribs to everyone!!!❤️. We haven’t found a single place that beats their ribs. The only place that we have been to over the years during all our time traveling the country for work and fun that comes close is located in Venice Florida. It is a big thing for me to say that as ribs are my favorite food. When I had told one of the owners about this he was so happy to hear that his ribs were loved so much. He told me they are slow cooked for a long time. That’s what makes them so tender, fall off the bone( even when cutting them apart they fall off the bone 9 times out of 10, the other time you barley get the rib in your mouth and the meat falls off the bone), lick your fingers (cause the bbq sauce is sooo good).
Due to my severe food allergies when I call in my orders here one of the owners is the one who makes our order every time. Since I have deadly allergies it means so much that not only is one of the owners hand making my order but that they care so much about keeping me their customer safe due to my allergies. This is only one reason of many why we ONLY order our food that they carry here and not any place that carry’s the same types of foods they do. Thank you for this Pizza Company of Davison!💕
We have only had one thing happen in the many years we have been ordering here. A bag of chips for a taco salad wasn’t available during COVID so they offered us to have a free taco salad on them when they received the chips once their company that’s supplied them had them back in stock if we still wanted to order a taco salad that night knowing this. It was great we were told and asked upfront. The free taco salad at a later date due to a supply shortage was a wonderful offer from them. We haven’t found anything on their menu over the years that isn’t amazing and delicious.
They are always so quick with delivering food as well. Too many times to count have they beaten their time quoted when order was placed and not just by a few minutes either. They are super fast without compromising the quality of the food. Their drivers are so friendly when they come.

Read moreI have been coming here for years. Driving a hour round trip just for your fantastic pizza. I moved to Davison and order from you now ever Friday plus some weeks even more. As of yesterday I was totally in shock about how bad the customer service was. Ordered pizza like I always do but because I had my Grandchildren here I opt to have it delivered. Pizza came and I start serving it and noticed that the crust on the pizza was raw. I look at it even close thinking this had to be cheese , know way could it be raw. Touched it with my fingers, took toppings off and sure enough completely raw. All away around the whole pizza. I pulled on this and it was dough. Checked other pizza was same way. So I called them and explained the issue. The gentleman I spoke with kept telling me he was sorry was nothing he could do. I asked to talked to the manager and he said he was sorry again but the manager refused to come to the phone. So I asked him if he could just have two more of the same pizzas delivered. He said the manger wouldn't let him do that. So I said I have my 4 grandchildren here Hungary could you please refund my Money. He told me the manager wouldn't let him do that either. And that only thing he could do is take my name and number and have the owner call me. I said so , I can't eat the pizza and I am just out of $32.00 bucks?? He says to me I am sorry If you have a working oven you can try to cook it yourself. I was floored!!! I have worked in customer service for 35 years and this is unacceptable. How do you take someone's hard earned money and not stand by your product. I had hungry babies here 4 of them all under the age of 4. Two Hours went by. If I would have had my van I would have been up there. My Son comes home from work and wants to know where the food is. Told him what happened and he was very upset. He called the Pizza Company. Pizza Company told him same thing they told me. Then he became a little louder and told them I am on my way up there right now and I am not happy. Someone is going to either refund my money or make me to new pizzas. Then and only then did they agree to remake the pizzas and have them delivered. 3 hours later. I even told them I would give these ones back. I wanted them to see it was raw dough. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER...
Read moreLet me be fair by saying that I have loved Pizza Company Food for at least the last 15 years. They have been so reliable, that I even had them cater my rehearsal dinner for my wedding last year. Today however was, without a doubt, the most irritated I have ever been at a restaurant. I googled the number for Pizza Co today as I was driving through the Davison area, and thought it would make a nice treat for the family dinner tonight. As I started to scroll through the menu, I noticed that the Special was listed as an XL for $13.99 with the second one listed at $10.00. They argued with me and demanded that I was not right that their price was 15.99 each. Now pay attention here. For those items and prices to be listed under a google listing, the owner of the google listing has to login with an email and password and list those items and prices just like its address, hours of operations, and company information. Its not like Google just makes them up, they are posted by the owner of the google listing. So, then when I asked if they would honor the google listed prices they barked back at me and demanded that that was not from them and argued with me about it in front of other customers in their lobby. So, Having had 15 years of managing multi million dollar restaurants, and 10 years now running an IT consulting firm, I wondered why the hell would they would not suck up the $6 difference on the order, apologize for the confusion, keep a happy long time customer, and then go update their google listing? Because, surely, I am the only person in today's world that would look up a business on Google the worlds largest search provider, cruise their menu, and then call and be confused why the establishment would not honor the prices posted that ONLY THEY could have posted.
I don't want anything for free, I'm not looking for reimbursement or anything other compensation. As a small business owner myself, I want you to get with the times, own your mistakes, and practice some damn customer service that quite frankly is just too rare these days.
