I ordered the cheeseburger meal deal. After I left, I checked my sandwich only to see that it looked like it was placed in a microwave and warmed up. It did not taste right. I went back to DQ and asked if they would remake the sandwich. They asked what was wrong and I told them that it didn't taste fresh. The cashier asked for my receipt without communicating what was going on. This other Caucasian blonde lady came to the window and handed me the receipt back & said the $$ would be back on the card. I told her that I didn't request for a refund, just the sandwich being remade. She told me that he, whoever he is refunded me and that I can go. I won't be returning. Service was pretty terrible… they are so severely understaffed right now. We placed a mobile order and asked about it twice while we waited. Ended up waiting about 25-30 minutes just to get ice cream… that should NOT be happening, no matter the circumstances. Also noticed that the girl at the register wouldn’t help her fellow employees, even when everyone had already ordered. We were literally all just staring at each other. I know her job is to ring people up but she could be helping and doing something productive in the downtime instead of just standing there! Came here with my family and got the cheese burger meal deals when we my husband was eating a cheeseburger he noticed a hair in between the meat and cheese so I went up and asked for a replacement the second one comes out and right when he opened there was another hair right on top of the bun so once again they replaced it the third one seemed fine but as we where eating the fries we notice once again more hair ( my family are all blondes and the hair was black and short so it couldn't have been any of us) The whole experience made us feel sick in the end and didnt even finish...
