I requested 2 senior coffees. I was told because there was only 1 person in the vehicle. I couldn't order more than one. I was refused service for that. Which is crazy to me . I could be ordering for a senior that is disabled and can't leave the home. So I'm being refused the opportunity to purchase. You need to talk with your manager. She doesn't have good people skills at all. The woman that works the window, the older lady. She's a blessing even with this issue. She was still a sweet person and cordial. Which we don't have that too much anymore with any type of customer service. I told the manager What sense does that make for me to have to get out of line and go around the drive through again just to be serviced for 2 senior coffee? It's not like that in Jersey and it sure makes me glad that I don't live here in Dayton anymore. SMH I can't believe She was so Petty. So I changed my mind about the whole purchase. Read moreI ordered a meduim cripsy chicken combo with onion rings and a sprite. The only thing that was on point was the sprite! Although my food was hot, when i got to my moms toneat my good i bit into an onion ring and noticed a piece of weave in my onion rings. So i said the heck with it I'll just eat my chicken sandwich. Bit into my chicken sandwich not only did it taste like rubber it looked like it. Now im pissed cause, a sista was hungry. I took it back and told the manager the problem and when he saw the chicken sandwich he himself asked what it was...now thats a problem. He gave me two choices to remake my food or get my money back i picked option 2 of course. Read moreThe drive through person (she deserves a raise) was very polite and easy to understand (some of those speaker systems at fast food drive-thrus are not very clear), she talked like she had a smile on her face and was emitting energy and enthusiasm through the speaker as much as one could!
Her attitude, enthusiasm and charismatic nature does well for this location and the brand in general. It's not often that I encounter such a person in the drive-thru and she deserves a raise in pay to say the least!
