Chilli's Wings & Fish — Restaurant in Dayton

Decided to try a new wing place because I'm tired of being disappointed by the tiny wings at bigger chains. Wow. Chilli's did NOT disappoint! All the food we ordered was delicious, from the wings, to the spicy shrimp my husband ordered, the fries, the onion rings, the fried pickles... Even the carrot cake and chocolate cake slices were amazing! The onion rings weren't soggy, or burnt, but just the right amount of crisp. The only thing that I saw that was a little off from what I had ordered was the wings being well done (I love them crispy haha), however they were absolutely cooked properly, and the meat and sauce was incredible! The wings were HUGE and so meaty and juicy. And on top of all of that, it being my first time calling it into order, the person taking my order was VERY kind, attentive to be extras / modifications I wanted to make, and made me feel like all requests I had were doable and not a problem. AND to top it off, you can't beat the prices for the amount and quality! With everything we ordered it was only around $35! I will definitely be going back to pick up more wings soon, and try some other things on the menu! I Definitely recommend trying it out :)

Edit: literally went back today through the drive-thru after having lunch just to pick up desserts! Everyone working was so nice and being fun with us! I got some more double chocolate cake because I couldn't get enough, my husband got cheesecake, red velvet cake, and banana pudding - EVERYTHING...

Overall, the food is actually decent👍. But the customer service was terrible. They have a coupon special for orders over $20 right now, but they won't honor it. I was told, "Next time I will receive the coupon discount."

A guy behind the counter named Jay, would not give further information on how-to redeem and when questioned, he just gave me one of their menus and told me to cut it out for the next time even though there were no cut out lines and it would cut out parts of the menu on the back. When I explained their were no such instructions in regards to the coupon, he then smirks and walks away while speaking in another language.

It was our first time there, and rather than provide their customers with good service, I was clearly lied to with excuses not to honor their own coupon discount. Can't support a business that lie to their customers. I was also charged for extra sauce that I did not receive....

My friend and I went to Chilli's because our favorite fish and chicken place closed because of covid. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. And the chi ken tenders that I took home to my wife was excellent. She extremely happy with the taste and the amount of breading on the chicken tenders. And they are Large Breast tenders not tiny strip tenders. The Shrimp and Wings were cooked and and perfectly seasoned. So if you looking for a new place to get your Fish, Wings, Chicken Tenders, Chilli's should be on your list for the next place to go to eat, lunch or dinner. Eat in or take out.
