This place was my favorite to come to I come here and spend a couple hundreds every time my family comes 2-3 times a week. Today was very disturbing I bought beef Mongolian and there is nothing but two pieces in there and nothing but onions I called to talk to them about it and the lady on the phone starts hollering at me telling me do I know the prices beef. Then tells me she gives me $2 back. She didn't offer to remake my food or make it right then starts yelling at me again on the phone about how much beef is and I told her that it was not right that they did me this way I come there all the time for years so she tells me to bring food back. I bring food back thinking they are going to remake it she starts yelling at me at the window tanks food back tells me to also give her back the egg roll too and other people in the place behind the windows starts yelling to about how how much beef is and she not give me my money or remake it finally after about 5 mins or so of her opening food raisen her voice at me I keep asking to give my money back or remake the food ,she gives my money to me and tells me I can't order that again. I am very upset and dissatisfied with these guys been going there for 15 years plus every time I go it's always 160 to $200 I spend and I spend this a lot there they have lost a long time customer so I hope her throwing a fit and yelling at a customer over how much beef is was worth it I am also going to tell everybody not to go there this is a honest and true review. Don't order any beef from there cuz they can't afford it and then they make you feel bad saying beef is too high when they give you two pieces of beef in the Mongolian beef and 95% of onions. So if you can't afford beef to put in the dish like u said that it's too high if it's too high take it off the menu. I wish I could share pictures I would. I have never been treated like this or talk to at this place it always has been a pleasant experience especially when the order man was there. I will be finding another...
Read moreThe food had potential. I carried out and it was done so fast. I was surprised. When I took a bite of my spring roll it was still cool in the middle and wasn't very crispy on the outside. Ordered some General Tso's chicken it could have been cooked a touch longer. I also ordered vegetable loew mein and the flavor was off like they went to heavy with the oyster sauce or fish sauce it was too fishy. They were not busy because it was right in-between lunch and dinner but it seemed like my food was rushed out. I would of gladly waited a little longer to have the food taste better. But as far as the quality of the meat and vegetables and ingredients for the sauces they all seem to be fresh authentic and with a little more care I think the food could of...
Read moreI have been coming here for over 8 years and have never had a bad meal. I am a germophobe and I check Montgomery County Health department records which is publicly available to see if there is any issues with any restaurant. It has passed with flying colors. Check for yourself and you will see. They have the BEST hot and sour soup in Dayton. I have tried a half dozen other restaurants in the area and they don’t even compare to theirs. PF Changs’ soup is absolute trash compared to Dragon City on Keowee St. Don’t judge a book by its cover, the building looks old on the outside but the food speaks for itself and I wouldn’t guide others the wrong way on what tastes...
