Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dayton

Management is rude, disrespectful and does not care about keeping customers. I have to drive past this place everyday for church or work. Most of the time I order a cool ranch taco with sour cream and a 5 layer beefy. Today I just ordered 3 cups of ice, as I have only once before.

I was told that I have to come in or purchase something. I asked if they could charge me for the ice. She said no and to pull around or buy something. I felt disrespected so I waited. When someone finally came back on 5min later, they asked what did I want. I informed them that it would courteous to give me the ice because I wasn't awear and then charge me for a regular drink. I couldn't get out the car with my children. Management said they would call the cops and that it was "her" drive thru and that because they were a franchise their was no one to report the too. Then she taunted me with "awww I'm sooo sorry" and "I don't care" and "oh well" and "tough luck".

I asked for a number to call for a survey and they ignored me. I have never felt so disrespected over a matter of ice that I offered to pay for! I will never go to that location again and I am writing a letter to the BBB. I will take my business back to brown...

There manager Dom is extremely rude and confrontational. We have had several issues with him Including him literally trying to fight my husband and coming at him through the drive thru window. Besides him we enjoy this location and go there often. I go by myself now because of Dom.

**Addition edit: December 30th. Today was the very last time I will be a patron of the keowee st. Taco Bell.. The food and service continues to be on a steady slope down. The last several times going there they have forgotten something in our bag. The food is always hard and cold, hard taco shells always in 32 pieces when I open it. Once when calling about an issue I was told to come up and come in and they would take care of everything. I get there 30 minutes later and the woman I spoke to is gone and the employees remaining refused to handle the issue within the perimeters assured to me, leaving me to have to pay AGAIN to have food replaced that was forgotten and also food that was cold. My patience has worn out and I recommend when thinking of eating Taco Bell you avoid this location with all the tenacity in you. Have a great New Year everyone and stay...

UPDATE 9/2/21 well we gave it another try and out of six items my husband picked they had none the chips in our nacho bell grandas was stale instead of fresh cant order frozen drinks because the machine was down (its always down) no nacho fries as usual and we paid for a chalupa and got a soft taco so for dinner i get one soft taco because the employees cant read the screen correctly but demand $15 an hour 2 months ago all fast food on keowee mcds taco bell even bk all need shut down permanently never again im done paying good money for messed up or missing food and poor customer service im taking my money to needmoore and. Spending it at those off places from now on Female night manager is rude unprofessional and our food was made VERY SLOPPY looked like box was shaken paid for lyft to replace food but after my husband called and i left the manager LIED and said she hasnt gotten a call all night (i was sitting right by him when he called) so i we got no dinner and was out over 20 in poor quality food and 16 for the lyft all for her to be RUDE AND A LIAR to me for NO REASON...
