Great American Bagel — Restaurant in Dayton

The sign clearly says BLT served on a Bagel OR baguette. I ordered it on a baguette and was told it doesn't come on a baguette. I pointed out the sign and was told it was wrong. I told the person I had gotten it the last time I flew out (that person also gave me a serious attitude about the baguette and the request for an extra mayo packet but made it).

Both times the workers were complaining about the order and saying it was not supposed to be on a baguette. Today she burned the baguette and asked me if I wanted an untoasted baguette because it was getting burned in the toaster. I asked her what was so different from making the BLT on a baguette from the other sandwiches and she just kept insisting it wasn't supposed to be on a baguette and the other sandwiches were paninis despite the sign clearly advertising a Bagel or Baguette.

If they have baguette on hand then clearly they should be able to make an advertised item with it.

I finally just put all my items back and left. Two times the workers have been downright rude and nasty.

It's not like I was asking for something that wasn't...

I don’t have space to complain about microwaved food… bc the fact that there’s only 1 worker making coffee, microwaving food, barely toasting bagels, building sandwiches, and cashing people out is utterly insane! Then to get to the front of the line to find out this restaurant charging a super premium for mediocre food ONLY ACCEPTS CASH! Wth!? You’ve got to be kidding me. At an international airport, you find it acceptable to not accept credit cards? Wth did they do during the pandemic? I digress, there IS, however a conveniently located ATM right next to the place with a hefty fee. 0/10 would not recommend, if there was a way to give 0 stars I would. **Management/ownership/the dayton airport should all be ashamed of allowing this kind...

This was the worst experience ever the manage messed up the sandwich that was ordered then got upset because had to make it over then literally threw the sandwich at the customer and said now is that better..are u serious?? I immediately got out of line along with a couple others....
