Although the food is good and the prices are too the customer service in this establishment is absolute garbage my wife and I ordered food at 5:pm they said 1 hour wait time we waited spending time with the kids I have 4 of them all small and can eat like an army so I waited an hour and 15 mins the first time and called politely as we were just wondering where the food was and the lady that picked up insisted she was a manager when I asked for one and said it was already out for delivery that was a lie we sat out in our front yard waiting for this pizza for even another hour and we are only 4 minutes down the road so I called again and the lady was very rude insisting that her driver showed up but Noone answered the door or phone that was also a lie Noone ever showed up and when I asked for a refund or a remake she proceed to tell me she doesn't do refunds and that If I wanted my food I could come get the old gross food they already sent out and that she wouldn't remake it absolutely dumbfounded that someone has the audacity to yell at the customer that they are not only wrong but can't have their food or money? Will not be wasting my money here any more until they can put in better management that isn't so vulgar and uncivilized as right now they don't seem to care about anyone's patronage just a quick buck.
Update: food got here at 8:30 after I called second time and they sent cold food so an order I placed at 5:18 didn't get here till 8:30 and ice cold my wife was fed up at this point and went to confront them to see if they could just re make the pizza as we still have hungry children but their response was and I quote "well remake it but you have to pay again" and my wife asked when the general manager would be in they replied with "I don't know I don't know how to read the schedule so that sucks" absolute terrible behavior and will NEVER NEVER EVER BE WAISTING MY MONEY HERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER TERRIBLE STAFF THAT CANT BE...
Read moreWe put in our order at 8 pm with the CORRECT address (we even had proof to show this) but the store gave the delivery driver a past address that was linked to our phone number. the delivery driver called after arriving at the incorrect address and we explained where the correct address was (again, we have proof of this, and it was 7 mins away) the delivery driver said that they understood where the mistake happened and that he was looking at the wrong place on the ticket and he would be over shortly. He then claimed he couldn't find our address so we offered to send him a pin to our location. Approx 30 minutes later (again, our correct delivery address was only 7 mins away) the driver showed up with half the order. We explained this and he said oh my bad and he was going to go back to the store and get the rest of the order. We asked if he could please request to have the old pizza remade while he was back at the store getting the rest of our missing order as it had now been a ridiculous amount of time and the food was obviously cold. He said no problem and he would be right back. Another HOUR later still no driver returning with the food so we call to check in. The First Lady that answered the phone seemed nice but then as soon as she pulled up our account she asked to put us on hold and then a guy picked back up and was extremely rude saying that we told the driver we didn't want the order at all so they cancelled it. Its now 10:30 pm and my family has not had dinner. You can imagine how happy my toddler is. Read moreOrdered with cash there the first few times. Horrible service like so rude and disrespectful but ok tips and fries. Then the next time I tried my card but I couldn’t get it to go through. Called the card company and finally the customer service rep said that happy had over 1000 fraudulent claims against them in the last month so the card kept being declined bc it was a suspected fraudulent charge. They said pay cash bc this place is now noticed as a scam. They double charge or over charge then refuse to fix it and when that happens the card company has to spend the money to fix it. Ok fine I did... that time and the next 5 times I ordered was horrible undercooked tips bad sauce or too little. Fries were either still frozen or already cold or double dropped!!? Then the coleslaw had not but 1 but 2 long black weave hairs in it!! Just everything was horrible!! Also customer service is even worse over the phone. I live in this area and try to support my community but I can’t support happys. The manager would be standing right next to the lady taking the order and would say nothing!! I have owned a restaurant and if it was my employee I would have fired her on the spot. This place is ghetto trash and will close just like every other restaurant that opens on Salem.
