Hardee’s — Restaurant in Dayton

Please forgive me but their food is good for Hardee's especially but I was even more impressed by me before the food was good enough especially if it's late night or early morning and getting in a Wonderful Luv's Truck stop Incredibly hard working truly the Best Staff on Edwin C. Moses Blvd. In Dayton, Ohio near UD.Arena. That Incredible Staff trickles all thru the entire Trick Stop Cause the manager of the Hardee's came outside in pouring rain to help with my grandpa will always be in debt too that place.the little girl's working in the truck stop coffee area and check-out door auto area searched for jumper cables for us she actually came out of the truck stop in rain with her own vehicle and cables and tried to jump us in our 2015 Kia soul. I'm going to let you know that it was raining so hard when that wasn't doing it the Manager of Hardee's came in to the rain and getting his truck and tried that doesn't work either we get pictures eventually he made it sound like he knew and was right was starter and they all worked out in rain and go to work go to the store and got a tow to the place where we got the vehicle@SVG Motor. Anyways have to say Best Staff ever at that Hardee's. I'm so Proud to say that you won't regret your visit to the Hardee's...

Came here tonight through the drive though and ended up taking my business to Wendy's across the street for an amazing burger. Hardees had THE WORST customer service you could reveive. It seemed as though they had am issue with the car ahead of me with her order bring wrong and they took it out on me with my order. I ordered a meal originally that I was unaware had thousand island dressing on it so decided to change it to another meal. The lady that was getting into it with the car ahead of me stopped responding and a man got on the speaker said "I got you" and closed the order no total to review of what the order was. Nothing. When I said can I place my order he said another order, I said no but I didn't place an order yet. He said yeah u did I said OK can u repeat it to me and asked what it had on it. He repeated the original burger with the dressing on it that I already said I didn't want. The female then got on the mic and I said I want a regular dbl. Cheeseburger meal with everything BUT lett. Tomato and onion on it, and she still had me for the same burger with 1000 island when I asked her to repeat it and she got a nasty attitide with me to the point my fiance had to say something to her. I am not from Dayton. I am from a much smaller town, but I can truthfully say I have never been in such a facility in Dayton (or any other city's for that matter) that the employees are just absolutely fantastic! I was kind of stunned because I was not expecting that. Bathrooms are Always top notch. Once we went in and some fool wrote/drew awful things on the stall wall. We told an employee right away, the following week, the graffiti was completely gone.

They are always right there to help us. My five year Olds favorite part every time is 'Voting' On the restrooms. And one day a lady was actually teaching my little girl a couple Spanish words, so she was pretty excited to learn a few things in Spanish.

It has just always been a fantastic experience. I am not sure I can say I have ever been in a gas station / truck stop where every single employees are just so nice. I want this particular gas station to know, it does not go unnoticed. it definitely brightens people's day that could be having a bad day. With the world the way it is today we need more people working in places such as this like...
