McDonald's — Restaurant in Dayton

McDonald's is my least favorite fast food place and definitely will remain that way but the kids wanted McDonald's so we went becBeca they are here for Thanksgiving break so the McDonald's on Gettysburg in Dayton Ohio didn't have what they wanted they had ran out of alot of things 6:00pm so the one on Free Pike has definitely turned (getto!) They got wrong 2 times then the sandwich that my husband took back and had touched they called him a liar saying that they made it the way that he asked for it then he opened the bun showed them that it wasn't what we asked for we ordered no onions and they didn't put bacon on it they tolled there eyes took the sandwich gave it to someone in the Drive thru and made him a new one took 15 minutes to make his sandwich then one of the men making sandwiches left food area to give his friends 4 free sandwiches and had gloves on but hugged his friend then went back to the kitchen shut a door pushing buttons on the drive thru cash register touched buns dropped one picked it up put it back on sandwich put it under the bun warmer and gave it to someone in the drive through! The sustitue shift manager was cussing customers out on the mike at the drive thru never changed his gloves the staff was 16-22 years of age the girl at the register kept asking for help on how to push the combo button on register. Someone ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a vanilla one. The drive thru was busy the entire time we was there because they said staff called off. Daughter was still eating and they sssa the Lobby is now closed who closes Lobby at 8:36pm. They went outside smoked first then locked the door then said lobby closed. They wiped down 3 tables and called that cleaning the Lobby, there was coffee pop or tea on floor when we got there and it was still there when we left. There was a fight in parking lot 3 men about cigars and weed. There was all black workers in there which was fine but they kept talking about the white Family getting on there nerves well my husband and stepdaughters are white and my kids mixed so that means I am black and I don't see why they had a issues with white mixed or black being there we are customers keep there unpolite unprofessional butts employed while eating there which will probably never happen again! If I could give a negative review I would do so. After waiting to place my order in drive thru for 15 to 20 mins. Right before 330 am. I will say there was only 4 cars ahead of me. I get there to order a chicken salad and was told they are serving breakfast. I asked when lunch stopped and was told when there manager decided it was over. Not only that I was greeted with "what can I get ya". After I was told they was serving breakfast I said ok give me a minute to decided which makes it hard because there billboard was on the lunch menu not breakfast. I asked what all they had for breakfast and the young man says "haven't ya ever eat breakfast here" so I ordered and went to pay and again asked what time lunch ended got yet again when the manager feels like it. So I paid after complaining once again. Pulled to pick my food up. Ask the lady there when lunch stopped she said 4 a.m. which at that time aS 3:50 am or so. I said well ok I was in like for 20 some mins before I ordered I ordered still before 4 but still was told you had stopped. Then she said well when the manager decides to switch they switch. I said never heard such a thing. She got her manager. And he came and said is there an issue I said yeah I come to order a salad for myself and I'm told I can't have one because you decided to switch to breakfast before time. Plus it's a salad there pre made and all you have to do it cool the chicken which goes into the deep frier plus the time I have been sitting here after I ordered you could of had it made. He said well I had to switch so I don't have wasted food. Well so you make it to order not hard. As long as I have been here you could of made 10 made to orders. I told him I would deal with it in the morning. Then after that I'm still waiting for my food I ordered. 10 mins after I done paid. Now I only ordered big breakfast with hotcakes. Add the times it takes to make it fresh still doesn't take 10 more mins. Management and the employees that work there care less and need to be gone. Keisha that was at the first window was very rude and disrespectful. I asked why was my order total different than was I was told a speaker and she ignored me as she continued to swipe my card for payment, then I asked why my coupon of 20% wasn’t on there got ignored and proceeded to give me my card and receipt back and closed window. Then at second window I asked for a refund because I refuse to spend my hard earned money anymore people is rude and have attitudes and I was refused a refund so I proceeded to call the police because I had no food and no refund which is a shame.
