Victor's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Dayton

I just ordered my food my mom asked for 2 beef tacos they asked if she wanted shredded or ground and she asked for one of each we get home and she has ground beef and shredded chicken and the taco shells were already broken up and soggy and we don’t live that far away so why is it soggy? on my receipt it doesn’t say chicken and they also fg my limes that I asked for I recorded a small video of my moms food and went back up there and showed her the video and I told her everything tht happened so she said in order for me to replace it I need to bring the food back and I’m not trying to keep running back and forth so I told her to just let me buy another taco and she sat there and told me that I needed to bring to food back after I told her to just quit worrying about it and let me buy another taco and I want my limes that I asked for too and still sat there and told me to go back and I just walked out I will not be ordering from here again as long as that black older lady is not working there period especially taking care of my order she doesn’t even know the definition of customer service and clearly doesn’t understand the language...

This was by far the biggest let down I’ve had in a while. First- the place is called MO’s Loco TACOS- you would think they tacos would be great. Big mistake. The tortillas are cold flour and stiff. We ordered 4 steak tacos- the meat was rancid. Nearly threw up after I bit into it!! I’m still nauseous. Second- if that isn’t bad enough it took 15 min to order in the drive thru and there was only one car in front of us at the window. When she finally started to take our order she didn’t even know what we were ordering when we asked for a “tres leches” which is an item on the menu. Lol.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a review like this right now but not only was the service bad but the food was awful. I can’t imagine this place being around...

Owner is extremely rude. Went to establishment today after church after seeing a huge sign out front saying we're open. I try to support business on the west side of Dayton especially in the neighborhood i live in as i know how that can affect the community. I pulled up to the window to order, the owner came and said we're closed. I replied, ok, but just to let you know, you still have to sign out front that says we're open. I'm thinking as a courtesy so anyone's time is wasted including the owner who i assume was working inside. he started screaming get it off here, i said we're closed. get the F out of here. this type of service is why business don't last. i will never spend a dime of my money at this...
