Ok so we're traveling thru dequeen ar to Bentonville Ar from Texarkana and decide to stop and grab the kids a bite and get a shake. We'll all was well until our food got to us. She " server #24 Samantha " shows up with a trey full of food but only about half of it was ours, well we figured that out then she hands us a drink and says be carful the bottom of this cup has Carmel on it, my wife says we'll can you wipe it off? Her reply was " I don't have a napkin" ? " . So since the obvious escaped her my wife asks "well can you go get another cup" since it apparently this one can't be wiped off. She reply " yes " then rolls her eyes and goes back inside. She then returns with the rest of our order hands it to my wife thru the window then immediately turns and leaves again without saying anything. So my wife had to ring back inside and ask for straws, and napkins. Bottom line is we didn't want Carmel in the cup holder of our 7series. Perhaps Samantha should look into a career in construction because customer service is not something that comes natural to her seemingly. I'm still puzzled why you would knowingly bring out a cup with Carmel on the out side of it and give it to a customer. Good help must be hard to find in...
Read moreNegative Stars at this Sonic Drive Thru. My husband, myself and 3 kids pulled into stall #23. Maybe about 7 employees came out to deliver other peoples order and I watched every one walk past us.
There couldve been a sign that said "not working please go to another stall" but there wasnt! It just stayed at we will be with you shortly.
Waited PATIENTLY for 25mins only to have my husband get one of the employees attention. While she looked back she looked irritated and said that stall doesnt work youll have to move and she walked away. We got to order our food and whoever delivered to us also looked irritated but yet smiled at a guy wearing a Cinta shirt. To the manager who manages this location, please have a talk with your employees and atleast tell them to fake a smile.
While we had a rough morning ourselves my husband was still polite.
Thank you for our food. To anyone who comes across this review. Be advised that you may get the same treatment and pls stay away from stall 23 as it may not work and you may be waiting for 25mins and no employees care youre there waiting...
Read moreI got a text on my phone that said Sonic had their blast on half off today. The message said to mention the text when ordering. Okay, that is what I did. The lady came out with my blast and said it was full price because I didn't mention it when ordering. I said yes I did. She told me you sure did, I will go fix it. She came back to tell me they would not fix it. I told her to go get a manager. The manager said it would be back on my card in 7 to 10 days. If not the manager at Sonic in Dequeen will be hearing from me AGAIN!!! Make sure they charge you the right price.
