Force of Nature Brewery is hands-down one of the most unique and memorable brewery experiences I’ve had. The beer is incredible—not just good, but genuinely different in the best way. They incorporate herbs into many of their brews, which gives them a fresh, creative twist you won’t find anywhere else. And yes, it’s all delicious.
The bartenders are awesome—super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly passionate about what they do. It makes the whole atmosphere feel warm and welcoming.
Also, I love that they’ve repurposed an old Ford dealership as their space. It adds so much character, and the contrast between that industrial history and the “grandma chic” interior decor totally works. The Glacial Pace is complex and interesting. The apple pie gose is tart, fruity and somehow has the mouth feel of an actual apple pie. Dean's Model A, an American style pilsner, is more flavorful than a typical megabrew, yet still approachable for the Midwestern palate.
The food is homey and comforting - exactly in keeping with the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I am happy to make the 20 minute drive from my house for a relaxing...

First, the wines listed on the website were not all available. Tried the Chardonnay from a local vineyard (Aubrey) that they sell $25 for a bottle, but I was charged $15 for just one class. Shame on you. It's a Kansas wine, not French. My grand daughter's Mac and cheese was nothing but soup with maybe 10 pasta shells literally floating in it. Had to take her to Wendy's after because she was still hungry. The others had the pub chips which were also disappointing. They went to the pizza place next door to eat. I was so embarrassed and will not...
