Royalty Nights Hookah Lounge — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

One of the worst hookah lounges I have ever been to. No ketchup for our food, no take out boxes threw away a whole meal because I couldn’t pack it up. We were moved around several times because they mixed up the seating for their reservations. I ordered a pop and a Shish kabob plate that was $18 on the menu. My bill ended up being $75 due to $40 cover charge that I wasn’t informed of when I made the reservation and 20% gratuity for excellent service I DID NOT receive. Okay, let’s start with theft, they will over charge you no doubt. Got valuables? Make sure they’re not in the open, they will be lifted by their employees. Small space, good sits only go to the “known” or “wealthy”, you will be profiled no doubt. Complain to management/owner? Did that, they didn’t care, extra items added by the crooked “waitress” will not be removed, they will add 18% if they see the bill is high(we are a group of 10 people) and not popular in the community(based on wealth) to make some extra $$. The music is too loud, not even a good singer. The drinks are horrible(juices are bad, waters are warm). The hookah is burned from the start, not enjoyable at all.
