SMASH'D — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

The smash'd food truck is serving up the best burgers in metro Detroit - and I've pretty much had them all, including the trendy upscale spots in detroit (grey ghost, bar pigalle, olin, marrow, etc. -all fantastic in their own right) and even the way-overrated suburb spots like redcoat and vinsetta. Smash'd tops them all easily, IMO.

My wife and I have been going pretty much once/week or every other week at this point haha. They just do everything right! Perfect smashburgers, creative/tasty sauces, amazing shakes, super friendly people working the truck, reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor at get the sliders and order one of each the OG, the chipotle, and the truffle garlic - then just try to decide which one you like best! Also absolutely love the eggrolls.

It's one of those spots that's so good that you kinda want to keep a secret so it doesn't get crazy busy, but also at the same time you want the spot to blow up and get popular since they're just awesome all around. Couldn't recommend...

I had the chance to try the taco burger in three different flavors; Chipotle, Garlic Truffle, and Sizzlin’ Style, along with the Smash’d Egg Rolls, and I was thoroughly impressed. The meat quality was excellent, cooked perfectly, and packed with rich, bold flavors that stood out in every bite. Each taco burger had a unique taste, and I appreciated the creativity behind the flavor combinations. The Smash’d Egg Rolls were a delicious addition, crispy on the outside and filled with flavorful ingredients.

This food truck is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for high-quality, flavorful food. It’s perfect for takeout, but if the weather is nice, dining outdoors adds to the experience. Drove up from Toledo and stopped by. Heard it was really good. Ordered the OG Smashd no onions, add beef bacon, no sauce add mustard and my husband had the OG and both had it with the Cajun fries and a pop. Also ordered the chicken nuggets, all in all $43. The fries were great. In all honesty, my smash burger was received with the sauce on it and no mustard. Went back up and just asked for a side. They offered several times to remake it for me but I declined. I wiped most of the sauce off but from what i could taste, it was a really good sauce. The crispy edges of the burger 🤤 . The burger was awesome, wish it came with a little bit more bacon but overall the food was delicious and worth the drive. Will definitely come back again this summer.
