The worst customer service I've had

If I can do a zero star for this location I would do it. I came in Wednesday morning and I order medium hot coffee and other things, she gave me a cold coffee I don't know why .. maybe it was from the day before

I brought it back to her and I ask her to just heat it up with all respect I didn't ask her to make me a new one , just heat it up in the microwave

Then when she gave me my coffee back , she gave me a small size and mine was medium .. ( the problem it's not here )

The problem is : when I told her mine was medium not small , she started to talk in a rude way and she was like ( I don't care ) and she made me the worst coffee I've ever tasted

I hope the manager of this location make a meeting with the staff and tell them : ( we aren't forcing people to work here , anyone doesn't want to work here she/he can leave instead of fighting...

I was at the drive thru Sunday and I asked to order something at the window and it was denied due to their line (which I completely understand and I expected a no since tim Hortons was doing it as well :) ) but that’s besides the point the girl at the window with glasses and a nose piercing looked at me and then back to her coworker and said something and her coworker had to come and tell me that they couldn’t add anything at the window and she apologized for it and another worker handed me the rest of my order. I was just shocked as to why the girl with piercing left the window after I asked her politely? It seemed very weird when she told her coworker to talk to me instead. Besides the point, the drinks and the service by the young lady in a hijab and glasses who handed me the rest of my order and girl with the bangs who I assume took my order was...

Go in happy, leave pissed off! Staff don't care at all and management is too busy hitting on little girls at work! Nobody cares at this location! Every order has issues! New management is desperately needed!! Update: ordered 3 egg and cheese croissants with an extra egg on each and surprise! They didnt add them! They forgot my extra eggs on all 3! This place needs to close or hire some adults instead of these kids and managers trying to get with each other instead of making food properly! When will Dunkin step in and realize this location is killing their name! Worst location ever!! Dont throw your money away...
