I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Oasis Kitchen at Dearborn in Detroit, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was simply delicious, exquisitely fresh and authentically prepared. Each dish, from the perfectly cooked lamb with its delightful flavor to the amazingly cooked rice, was a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to quality. One standout was the fresh juice, which was simply amazing and complemented the meal perfectly. The aroma that greeted me upon entering was inviting, and the flavors and seasoning of every dish were wonderfully balanced. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was pristine and exuded cool vibes with good energy, making it a pleasant place to unwind and enjoy a meal. The service was equally impressive; the staff was professional and friendly, providing excellent communication and helpful recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. Overall, The Oasis Kitchen at Dearborn is a must-visit in Detroit. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to savor delicious, authentic cuisine in a clean and inviting setting. Moreover, considering the quality of food and service, the prices were fair and represented excellent value. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to add this gem to your list of dining destinations.

I was eecommended to this restaurant recently and decided to give it a shot. Here is my full review ratings, Food: I ordered their Hanerth with rice. The test was an average and nothing special than nearby Yemenis restaurants. The portion was fair. I give it 3/5 Service: The seevice person was friendly and polite, however, he served the food with no napkins or even glass of water etc. He didnt even come to check on me if i need anything. Ibgive their service 2/5 Price: Their prices are alightly above average so i give them 3/5. Parking: The parking is behind their building and you need to walk a liitle distance to enter from the front door. It was not busy at all when i dined in, however, if it gets busier i think parking could be an issue. 3/5. Would i go again: Maybe but not anytime soon Do i recommend this place: While i like to support small bsuiensses in the community, i think there are better options in the city.

I HAVE BEEN WOWED This is not the kind of restaurant I frequent. I'm a picky eater and rarely try foods I'm not familiar with. But with a 4.9 rating how could I pass it up?The reviews were outstanding and when I arrived, there was a larger party seated by the front door raving about how good everything was. So my expectations were pretty high. Everything... I mean just everything was too notch. The food quality and taste was terrific and presentation was like something off Food Network. The lamb was tender, the sauces delicious, and the rice is just amazing. And the owner (I believe it was) is one of the friendliest and most sincere people I've ever met. He even brought me a sample of a healthy smoothie that he said was made from 15-20 ingredients, none of which I like. I tried it anyway... And it was really good?? I can't explain that one. Anyway, come check this place out. You'll be glad you did.

My sister, a close friend of ours, and myself decided to try out a new Yemeni restaurant. I had came across so many that I had never been to before. I sent my sister different options to choose from. She made her choice so quickly based on the reviews, and so Oasis Kitchen it was. I have to say, I am not one to ever really leave a review. However, there was no way I couldn't leave one about this place. I am an extremely picky eater, and I don't do red meat much. However, my usual are lentil soup and veggie seltah. I started with the lentil soup and from the first spoonful, I was beyond amazed! It was so different from all other lentil soups I have had. There have been many great ones, but this soup by far for me topped them all. I followed that with the veggie seltah, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I am not one to ever finish my food, as I get full quickly. However, it was not the case this time. I ate everything!!! I was full, but so interested in trying other dishes, that I ordered a chicken gallayah and foul to go as well. I had those the next day and my oh my, beyond delicious! My sister and our friend ordered the Fahsa and a veggie seltah as well. I quote her when I say this, "It was by far the best I've ever had!" She was beyond satisfied with the Fahsa. If there was one word to describe all of the food we had, it would have to be "FLAVORFUL". Aside from the food being nothing less than yummy, it was the first day on the job for our waitress, and she was absolutely incredible! She handled everything so well, and we were all beyond pleased. The owner also came up to us and asked how everything was, which was extremely thoughtful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was good. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other restaurants that I have been to. I already have plans to return later this week with another friend for dinner. I am looking forward to being a regular at this place! Overall, from the welcoming atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the ambiance of the restaurant, everything was truly exceptional! 10/10 to say the least! If you haven't been to this place, you are truly missing out! THANK YOU to Oasis Kitchen and all of it's staff for such a wonderful...

Absolutely incredible experience at Oasis Restaurant in Dearborn! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place is a gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel like part of the family. Oasis Restaurant is not just a place to eat; it’s an experience to savor. If you’re looking for top-notch cuisine and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to go. Mr. Issa’s kindness and generosity elevate the dining experience to a whole new level. Five stars, without a doubt! Absolutely incredible experience at Oasis Restaurant in Dearborn! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place is a gem. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel like part of the family.

Mr. Issa, the owner, is truly the heart and soul of this establishment. His generosity and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience are unparalleled. He took the time to personally greet each guest and ensure that everything was perfect. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about his patrons, which adds a personal touch that you just can’t find anywhere else.

The food was out of this world! Each dish showcased the finest organic ingredients, highlighting Mr. Issa’s commitment to both health and taste. The organic produce was fresh and vibrant, making each bite a delight. But the real standout was the meat—it was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. Whether it was tender lamb or succulent chicken, the quality and taste...

Food is great but the owner doesn't know how to run a business. They don't ever enough staff so they always take forever to make and bring your food. At some point we people have enough of this terrible service and never come back which is why they don't have enough customers and so they cannot afford hiring enough staff and so this vicious cycle continues.

To give you the most recent example, on Eid, there was a massive line at the front desk just for people to get assigned a table. Then we had to beg them to get us waters and finally had to get it ourselves, Then, finally when he took the order, he came back and told us one of our selections was not available, then after 10 more minutes they came back to ask if we wanted whole or half chicken? Are you serious? You didn't know that dish had that option to ask that question in the first place?

Then after 40 mins the waiter came back to inform us one of our dishes was only available for breakfast. How come their own waiter didn't know that and it took the chef to tell him 40 mins? The only explanation is that this is a one man show where insane turnover where they never have people who have been around long enough to know what the heck they're doing.

Long story short after waiting 1:10 hours we just told them we can't wait any longer and asked them to give us the order to go so we waited 10 more minutes. We...
