Horrible service. I have been coming here and ordering from here for YEARS. I ordered online @ 7:15. I walk in to pick up about 7:25-7:30, and I'm waiting at the counter no one comes up (3+ minutes pass). I hear two males in a conversation in the back corner. The delivery driver was getting his bag ready and was about to walk out of the door and said someone would be right with me. He THANKFULLY went in the back and told the Assistant Manager that someone was at the counter. The assistant manager finally came up, took my name, payment and said the order would be up shortly. At 7:45 I go back up the the counter and had to wait to be helped (again). The assistant manager goes to the warmer and gets my order and says "sorry for the wait". What gets me is that it was the ASSISTANT MANAGER who I dealt with me the entire time who was also working the station and put my order in the warmer (5 minutes before giving it to me).

Read moreI'll elaborate since the owner has replied. We were trying to order three of the $8 two-topping large pizzas online. We carefully and painstakingly got group consensus on everyone's toppings and crust combinations and entered it into the website, then couldn't check out because it said the store isn't available for my location. It's a mystery what that's even supposed to mean since this was a carry-out order, but ok, originally we did click delivery and then changed it to carry-out later. So we redid the whole order from scratch, only to have the same problem. Fine. "I'll just call the store!" I decided. Nope, the $8 large deal is online only, and the guy I spoke to wasn't able to offer any similar deals at all. The only way we finally managed to place the order is when someone else downloaded the app(!) to do it. Read moreI placed an order through the app. I ordered delivery to my work since I couldn't leave my client and had my kids with me. After about an hour I checked the app to check the status and it was still on "make" so I called the store. Turns out someone called and canceled my order. After a bunch of back and forth with the assistant manager and the manager Sandra I was so angry. They implied that I canceled my own order and would only remake my food. Here's the kicker. They couldn't give me the number that called because of a computer problem and they said they called at 11:30.... MY ORDER WAS PLACED AT 12:22 !!! how does that even happen. And if they can't see the phone record how would they know. If they had mixed up my order with someone else's and canceled it on accident I would have understood if they had owned up to it and just given me a courtesy call. Do better.
Edit: I contacted corporate and they are passing it along to the owner. Not that much...
