Dont go to custard company in dearborn!!! I went to go try the dubai strawberry sundae and it turned out being a horrible experience. I asked if they could make the Sundae without strawberries because I am allergic and the girl taking my order said that it was a bad time to order it that way because everything gets mixed I said no problem and ordered the Dubai infused cone. She told me they could not make it in a cone it had to be in a cup and I said no problem. my sister and her friend got there Sundaes while I waited for mine. A girl walks up to me and asks if it’s okay it does not have chocolate on it because they ran out. So she basically gave me a cup with knafa and vanilla ice cream. I was very confused because they were still serving cups with chocolate in them. I asked for a refund and as soon as I asked for a refund, everyone started treating me with an attitude. The first girl refunded the wrong order for $30 which my order was only $11. Thank God, I asked for a receipt or I would not have been refunded for my order and wouldnt have noticed that they had refunded the wrong order. Another girl came up with red hair and she refunded me the correct order while I turned around and looked at the receipt and she rudely said to me is there a problem?. I said yeah this is like a dollar short for what my card was charged. (Which i only mentioned the dollar short because i didnt think it was my order they refunded yet again..)The one girl goes well credit cards take out a fee and I said well I shouldn’t be charged for that because I didn’t end up getting anything and the girl with red hair proceeded to tell me I can grab you a dollar from the register if it’s that “serious to you”. At that point, I said yeah it is that serious because of how poorly I was being treated, she walked back and tossed the dollar at me. I will never return to this establishment. It is a bunch of young girls with attitudes working. Its literally being ran by of bunch of children. The right thing to do would’ve offered if I wanted anything else which I didn’t at that point. But the way everything was handled was embarrassing and I will never return. I will tell my friends and family the same. Dont go there unless you want children to talk to you poorly and have no idea what...

LOVE LOVE LOVE😍😍😍🥰This place!!!! Everyone who works here is very kind and friendly we are regulars who come in EVERY DAY rarely missing a day !! I think over the past 3 months we have sadly missed 4 or 5 days if that!! We order the same thing Carmel sundae extra Carmel and a LG chocolate Malt!! I Have read the reviews and was taken back by two reviews, to one reviewer who said they waited so long for their order that their ice cream they had ordered and received already had actually melted??? I know & understand things Will happen and stuff like this will occur from time to time however I've seen this place lined up out the door down outerdrive and physically went and stood in line it took no time at all to be up in order and on our way! I've never seen anyone wait long even at their busiest time..? And the other comments about kids trying the ice cream b4 buying ?? We have four kids And unless something was actually wrong with their selection or treat that caused the taste to be what they liked and they ordered it I would NOT expect the ice cream place to refund or make a new selection free of charge that would be a bit silly of me or anyone to think they should be responsible for making sure my kid likes what he ordered ? Anyway GREAT CUTE FRIENDLY NEW ice cream 🍦 place in a cute and perfect area id highly recommend that you try it you won't be disappointed with the ice cream or the prices...

I'm not even kidding you what I say this about the sweet buns That you can get here which I've never had or even heard of prior to going to the custard company Items available regardless what day you show up that adds a little bit of excitement for me knowing I will get something new to try with each visit despite ordering the same thing

there's nothing else to even order here as far as I am concerned, The Sun rises and sets on the sweet bun and I could not even fathom deviating from that order I considered at once but this week on his to delicious into unique in this is the only place I can get it so if I'm here that's what I'm having

I'm not saying that all the other stuff is not good I have no idea cause I've never tried it since on my initial encounter with This place I ordered a sweet bun, Having never heard of them before so never having tried them before, and it changed my life, and for the better I should add...in fact, they are so damn good writing this review is almost torture because it makes me think of a sweet bun that I can't have because it's too late to go get 1 right now, As they are closed for the night.
