I tried this for the first time. I am a big guy and can eat a lot. I rarely have a meal I can't finish, but this was a LOT of food. It was delicious. I had the shrimp and steak hibachi. The shrimp was perfect in flavor and texture. The steak was a tad overdone but good as well. The veggies were amazing, and the rice has a nice crisp on the edges. I mixed the sauce from the vegetables with the rice and it was so good. The dipping sauce was also really yummy.

We have eaten here several times now. Each time the food is fantastic! Have tried noodles, hibachi, and crab rangoon. My son loves the hibachi steak and shrimp with rice. I love the shrimp noodles (My pic below is with extra shrimp because it is THAT good!!). The sauce on everything is phenomenal! What tops the incredible food is the great prices! This is a simple food truck that delivers on all points. It is easy to call in and order food and there is a menu online. When you pick it up, if it is not ready, they provide a hand held alert when to obtain your food. The take out has ample meat, rice or noodles, and vegetables. It is cheaper than fast food.
