McDonald's — Restaurant in Decatur

I ordered online and went inside to pick up my order. I informed the front desk clerk I had a mobile order and she said she couldn't find it. Another lady walks up name Katie and says do you have a code. I told her I don't and that they ask that all the time but I don't know why that is. Instead of her helping she said “and we are going to continue to ask it each time” with an attitude. I told her “it’s fine I know thats their job” . She said sure is and walked off saying Im not about to do this and kept saying smart comments. Two other workers noticed what happened and immediately apologized and asked can they help me, and asked can they see my phone and figure it out for me. Katie was soooo disrespectful for no reason. I’ve done customer service for 17 years of my life and I’ve never seen someone who never wanted to help their customers. If you’re having a bad day I understand but never take it out on...

Unfortunately I live closest to this McDonald's so I frequent it alot and I have waited to give a review in the hopes it would get better! It has not!! The service is poor and that's being nice. The drive thru wait is long even with few cars. They miss the out side lane so much you can watch three or four cars go ahead of you. I've had a few pleasant employees but most act like they would rather be doing anything but their job. The food is the worst!!! Breakfast burrito hard and dry, same with burgers. Fries have set way to long! Sweet tea has tasted spoiled almost everytime. The list goes on! Management needs to buckle down on this because it is a serious issue! This has been going on for atleast a year! Please do something about this, it can be corrected with the right management team. I do honestly wish I did not have to right this but nothing changes...

5-17-18 , I pulled thru McDonald's on east Eldorado st decatur illinois, I ordered a large coke and a sausage & egg McMuffin. ..... I received my large coke no problem, however tha sausage & egg McMuffin did Not have tha egg ! Normally I would have called an told them about this , but considering my order was Not completed as I placed it n tha first place , thay wouldn't give a flip anyways an tell me to come back and thay would make another one tha Right way , But that's not wat I want , my order should have been made right tha FIRST time and I wouldn't b sitting here typing out a horrible review, that's how it's gonna b from this point on , I will put your business out on front street exposing McDonald's incompetents!
