Not a great experience. I ordered online for a pick up order and did not arrive until 20 minutes after i ordered. Which when i ordered online it said that it would take 10-20 mins. So when I arrived 20 mins after ordering, I paid right away and I figured my pizza was completed since the order board behind the counter said my order was ready. Anyway right after paying, the lady working the counter had a customer at the drive thru so I waited patiently while she helped the customer. So about ten minutes after I paid, the lady working the register told me it was going to be a few minutes and that I should sit down which I proceeded to tell her that my order should have been completed ten minutes ago and she said okay. So I assumed there would be some urgency in completing my order. Anyway ten minutes after that, one of the cooks walks out of the kitchen and trys to hand me an order which was not mine. That's when I realized not only were they late with my order, they had forgotten my order all together. That's when I asked to cancel my order which took even longer. The only person who apologized was the cook in the back. From the time I ordered and until I left was a 45 minute plus process and if I would of stayed it would of taken a lot longer. So whoever that was working the counter needs to trained properly. I will go to the other location in town next time.

Read moreOrdered pizza through the app on Williams St in Decatur, IL and chose to pay in the store. Never again!! Went in to pay got my food everything was fine went home. The next day I logged into my bank to check my account and they had added $10.98 on to my debit card without my knowledge or consent. I have called many times to have it applied back. They always give me the run-around oh it takes two weeks to go back in your account blah blah blah it's been over 2 weeks I called again and again they told me it takes time. This isn't the first time I've heard of this happening and I feel like they're scamming people but yet not being held accountable for it. I understand it's only $10.92 but I also believe people should be held accountable for stealing which is ultimately what the manager did. I am now disputing this through the bank which I really didn't want to do seeing as they said I may have to put a police report in if it's approved. I did not want to do any of that but stealing is not okay in any form I know I will not get this money back which is what I told the bank when they told me I needed to dispute the charges and I told them I am sure that it won't get approved and I'm not going to sweat it but it's the principle of the fact that stealing is not okay. Read moreI agree with other people who have reviewed this location. It seems that they don't want to sell you their pizzas. The last time we ordered(roughly a week ago) was online. Immediately after ordering, I get a phone call telling me that the delivery will be "at least 2 hours.." I say "okay.. yes I saw that online after I ordered." Then she says, "Do you still want your order?" I said, "uh yeah!" About 45 minutes later I get another phone call telling me that my delivery will take 3 hours! I say, "wait 3 hours from now or when I ordered?" She says, "Huh..?What..? Do you still want your order?" Again, I say "yes!" Then not even 10 minutes later I get another phone call from a Chicago area code & they say, "This is Pizza Hut, I'm outside.." With our receipt there was an extra receipt with a coupon for a free large pizza that expires in September. At the bottom of the receipt it says "Sorry your order was early!"
