Jin Mi Restaurant — Restaurant in Dededo Municipality

It's telling when the few Korean reviewers give Jin Mi poor marks. This used to be my goto Korean restaurant, but that was in another universe. Either the owners have changed and have no idea how to operate one. The previous $25 Kalbi, is far different from the current $40 Kalbi. Either these cows are starved or the butcher was heavy on the cleaver. No greeting, waitress was on the job training. Had to get up and track someone for chopsticks, napkins, drinks. And this was when we were the only customers in the place. Suffice to say we'll not be back. And I feel sad for these new owners if such is the case, because they are at the mercy of inflation, a labor base that knows nothing about dining establishments, and quickly losing all the good will Jin Mi has acquired in the 30 plus years since opening on Guam. Hope they fix it and not lose out to the corporate...

This restaurant has been a favorite of ours for 20 yrs! Always serves the best cut of Kalbi ribs, Bulgogi, and tasty japchae noodles. Along with an assorted set of vegetables. Their stir fry fish cake with carrots side dish. Along with their dessert of Rice drink Sikhye. Is what set them apart from other Korean restaurants on Guam.
