Riverside Pizza — Restaurant in Dedham

Placed an order for carry out after not having been there in a very long time and I am disappointed. I used to love this place. This might just be the last time I’d order here and here’s why. To start, the woman at the counter was not the friendliest and rolled her eyes as she took orders over the phone. She was short with everyone and made negative comments about the customers after the call had ended. Not cool. As far as the food goes, the only thing I enjoyed was the red sauce. It was decent for a pizza joint. I had ordered a calzone with just spinach and garlic and it was one of the worst calzones I have ever had. The spinach was frozen spinach so meh to begin with but they put so much of it that it was literally like a Greek pie, aka Spanakopita. Not what I wanted or what I ordered. Salad was ordered too but not exciting. Maybe a veggie or two on top of lettuce so just your typical green side salad. Enjoy your meal should...

This place has quick delivery, tasty salads, and decent customer service.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Greek Salad and some wings. The salad was huge. Easily 2 portions. Attention to detail was key.

The Chicken Wings, not so much. I ordered them naked and unbreaded, hoping they were fresh, not frozen, prebreaded wings, which are too salty for me and leave a lot to be desired flavor wise, and they're tiny.

I'll know next time not to order them.

This pizza place is your average generic pizza store. All the food is good but nothing to rave about, it’s the place you call and order lunch or dinner when you don’t want to think to hard and just want some food.
