Subway — Restaurant in Deer Lodge

Paid for a double meat wrap. I ordered the exact same wrap as I normally do in Sheridan Mt. I suppose I may be spoiled? But I suspect not. In fact I believe that not one single employee at this Subway has any training whatsoever and if they have had training they care not....or the manager/owners of this establishment care not. Ugh. So disappointing. Out of the 3 of us, only one of us was said " screw it...let's just try to satisfy our hunger." I spend almost 16 bucks on one tiny wrap and the employee have zero concept when it comes to how exactly to make the dang thing. I definitely won't waste another hard earned dollar at this particular establishment. The employees were nice but absolutely not capable of accomplishing what's expected from them as customer service reps of this huge, successful, corporation. We at home watch the subway commercials and decide to go smash some Sammies and end up with a damn bread sandwich. I'll pass on subway from now on. Hard pass. Just a total rip off. Especially this particular establishment. Go across the parking lot to Mickey Dee's. Don't waste your money here. Trust me....

Let me start by saying I understand there is a staffing shortage, especially in a small town. However, when only one of four employees is working, I call that poor management. The young man was polite and working hard, but had to excuse himself to use the restroom because none of the other 3 would come up front. When one of the employees finally came up front it was to work on on-line orders. There were several people in line waiting and had been for 20 minutes. When a customer asked why she wasn't helping with the line, she got upset and went to the back. While we were waiting at least 10 people came in, saw the situation, and left. When one of our group called the manager she was told she could come and make her own sandwich. I believe in second chances, but this was our third time to this Subway and I promise it was our last. To top it off, as we were leaving we saw the manager out back yelling at the one and only employee that had been working. Shame on the management for allowing such poor service and...

Ana is a perfect example of the type of employee every business wants ! Extremely polite, very good at her job, Fast , efficient, handles everything cleanly with care , Great Customer Service!!!!!! Great work attitude! Every business needs someone like Ana at the front desk , so very pleased with the way she made my sandwiches . I hope she is treated as a valued employee because she is the only one there I've seen with such a great work ethic and enthusiasm!

As a fellow multi business owner , Ana is a Gem, She is the type of employee you want to keep !!
