I must say I really was not too happy and definitely NOT Satisfied with the Burrito they made for me after Paying for it. So I called them up saying what was wrong and they gave me another Burrito this time "2nd" Time they got n had everything right except AGAIN 2 Thing's I told the guy who I talked with and to on the phone that it was almost the exact SAME thing as the first. And Hardly ANY Tomatoes "I counted literally ONLY 3 Small little cubed in there." And did not n didn't taste ANY Sour cream. Now you go to Taco Bell and order something YOU CAN taste the Sour Cream. And THIS is a "REAL" Mexican Place! Come on Taco Bell isn't even REAL TRUE Mexican Food yet they HAVE REAL Mexicans in a REAL Mexican Restaurant Beat!!?? That's Sad. Anyway they did give me another one n told them to make sure to put extra tomatoes and Sour Cream n also said n told them to go ahead n put the Green n red Hot Sauce on it n YOU would think the cook would spread it.. NO he ONLY put it in just 1ONE Spot! Mouth was on FIRE!!!!! They really need to go back to Mexico n learn how to do thing's right n the right WAY or something cause I was really very NOT pleased with the product n how it was made. I did however tell the guy there saying I'm NOT Tryn to get free food, but @ The same time just letting him know and how I feel n thoughts as a customer and he said he understands and understood n Thanked Me. Hopefully they'll do better and for the next customers...
Read moreOrdered from eatstreat. Boxes were tilted, so food was all mushed and scrambled. When we called, they said they'd send a replacement. I offered to send pictures, they said no we believe you. When the guy came to deliver it again, we already ate the food as it was 45 mins and we were starving. The delivery guy calls Irving, the boss up to tell him that there is no old food left. I show him the pictures of the food, which I posted. He says explain the policy to the customer, implying that I wanted double the food and I should have saved it (didn't tell the policy over the phone). I said, dude I didn't want double the food. Take this back if you'd like, the delivery guy was like fine if you don't want it... No apologies and implying that I wanted to cheat for food. I said you know if that's whats going to be your attitude. Y'all just lost a very regular customer & take this stuff back, don't want it. Posting the pictures to prove it. I hope this doesn't happen to you. Don't order delivery! Thier attitude isn't hospitalable towards regular customers. It's like they doing is a favor by being in business. Judge for yourself, if you would have called and complained for the quality...
Read moreOrdered from the menu posted on the wall and did not receive all the item that were posted. Was told it was an old menu then was told i would receive the items if i dinned in. The black server argued it was standard at every mexican restraunt but he was not the server who even took my order. When i finally got my order in was missing items such as limes and sauce and the rice and beans were cold. There service was not good because they do not care to make the customer happy and they charge extra for carry out but dont not do anything extra several other customers agreed that they should honor what they advertised but they still have not changed or posted the corrections. I did warn that i would do a review but they still gave me. Unappealing food which went in the trash after arriving home. It was a long wait with barely any customers even in the store. I had to argue to get a cup of water to go as i ordered from the begin and they did not charge but when i told them it was left off my order he tried to charge me for it. The place honestly needs customer service help and i would skip over this place it you like good service...
