I went thru the drive thru today, and they were so awesome with me! There was outside noise around me and I couldn't hear well(not subways fault), and the person taking my order, was so sweet, professional, and helpful to repeat themselves so I could hear them clearly! I can usually tell when someone is frustrated because they have to repeat themselves. But this person was very professional! And then the person at the window was so sweet as well. It was so refreshing. I will be returning soon! Oh and my order was correct! That's such a huge plus in my book, especially when nowadays we are used to getting our orders wrong at drive thrus. I have always had great experiences from this location, but I always got orders in the afternoon. This time I made an online order for two subs at 9:30 AM and was told to pick it up at 9:40AM. no big deal, plenty of time, but when I got home with my sandwiches were a mess. Haphazardly thrown together as if by someone angry they had to do their job that early in the day. I spent enough money on these to expect them to be made as they always are, but perhaps the morning crew cares less if they don't have eyes on them. We went to subways to return the wrong sandwich with receipt and hopefully get it remade and they declined telling us to go check our house again and call doordash even though Subways took my payment method. Doordash says to go to Subways for assistance since the order wasnât placed through them. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I used to order regularly from them but never again.
