Best Food In Town — Restaurant in Delaware

This place has good food however today was my last time visiting this establishment. The lady that works the front register and takes the orders is so rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to people and for someone to patronize your establishment you should show them respect. There is quite a language barrier I know and that is why they have all of their dishes numbered or lettered on their menus. So long story short, there was a misunderstanding with what order she put in for my food. So when I arrived to pick it up she told me the price, I said why is it so much? She began to yell this is what you ordered and I explained that that was not what I ordered and she seemed to be very offended that I did not want what she had placed on the bag and had already stapled it. So when I didn’t want what she put in there she got mad. Then she tried to make it seem like it was about money and it wasn’t. Like how dare you insinuate that I can’t afford to spend $24 opposed to $17 very insulting. So she made the changes that I requested but she had a nasty attitude. I had been ordering from Best Food in Town for a very long time but I’m not gonna patronize an establishment that does not respect their customers. I just finish eating what I ordered. I stopped by since it was the first time I buy there. I order the chicken wings with the pork fried rice and a pizza roll on the side. The wings were ok, had better. The pork fried rice needed more time, I could still taste like steam rice (how the do it), besides it had no flavor, and the pizza roll needed more time in the fryer, there were some parts of the pizza roll that were not cooked right and with no flavor. The lady behind the counter needs to learn more about customer service, she talks at you and looking some other way, I also had the experience to witness how she talks to people on the phone. I now have a clear idea of how she would treat me if I were on the phone ordering something. Not really going back there. After ordering from here over the last two years, I'd like to say that their service is better than most other places. The food gets here quickly, I've never had an order come missing something and the food hits the spot. As for some (not all) of the bad reviews about whoever we're speaking to, I'd personally like to say that customers need to remember how busy take-out restaurants can be at times. Know what you want to order before calling, don't be the person who asks too many questions and don't let the "customer is always right" statement cloud your ego. And as for delivery, remember that just because they're open, delivery may not always be available. And don't forget that drivers can always call...
