If I couldāve given 0 stars I would. On Friday I called and was told that I had to place my order online. After placing the order online 1 hour later I received an email saying that my order was canceled. I called and spoke with the manager Evelyn and was told that she could not price match my order but I could pay regular price and the next time I called in my order would be comped. I expressed to Evelyn that I was nervous and asked if I needed a coupon code and she stated no. I called in today and asked if the credit was on my account and was told no and that the manager Morgan was too busy speak with me. I then asked for the area manager number and was immediately hung up on. I then went into the store and asked to speak with Morgan. Morgan reiterated that the credit was not on my account and that āEvelyn does this all the timeā and that I could call in at 5 to speak with the area manager. She also stated that there was nothing that she could do and that she couldnāt give me the employee who I spoke with earlier name because āheās not all the way thereā. However, when I called the store to address the issue, I was told that because it was a Friday and the store was busy, they do not honor well done requests.
This explanation is both unacceptable and unprofessional. If a store is unable or unwilling to honor the options provided through the Dominoās ordering system, then those options should not be available for customers to select. Otherwise, it misleads customers into believing their preferences will be met, only to receive subpar service.

I've complained twice within the 7 years, I'm usually satisfied with my order, however I expressed my concerns to general manager Sadie. She said she would give me a credit, for use at a later time. Sadie then called me back, with an attitude and unpleasant tone and brought up my 2 prior complaints, and threatened to not honor any future requests. Since I've been a loyal customer I didn't appreciate her unprofessionalism in making light of my complaint on 7/8. The food was cold and not up to standards as I've been ordering from here for years without issues. Rather than her ensuring that this wont happen again she told me not to come back.
