Went there this morning for the first time with my Mom. We walked in as strangers and walked out feeling like regulars! Very friendly environment where 2 gentlemen sitting at the table across from us were quick to strike up friendly conversation. One gentleman even suggested an off the menu item, which we ordered and it was delicious!! The chef was pretty quick to come to him and engage in some friendly banter, stating as soon as he saw our order, he knew it was his recommendation. I also recommend the cheesy grits!! Read moreMy wife had been craving breakfast and there aren't really diners around. We went to Mary's based on some decent reviews, which turned out to be a great choice. The food is great (I'm not huge on normal american bacon, but this was great). I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for breakfast food, with the bonus of not being expensive (meal for 2 for $20 with tip). I only recently had the opportunity to try it and I must say I'm impressed. Prices at Mary's are lower than most diners, yet they don't skimp on the portion size, as I discovered when I ordered the Kountry Breakfast!
