We've been frequent customers of Picciotti's and have generally enjoyed the food in the past, but our past few recent experiences have been extremely disappointing.
9.6.25 Despite their posted hours showing that they were open, we arrived to find they were closed. When we asked about it, the response from the cook (or staff member on site) was shockingly rude. We were told, without any explanation, that if we had an issue, we should "talk to the boss." When I asked how to do that, I was brushed off and told to "figure it out."
As regular customers, we expected at least a basic level of courtesy and consistency. It’s unacceptable for a business to ignore their posted hours and then treat loyal patrons so dismissively.
