Sang Hing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Delaware

This Chinese restaurant doesn't even deserve a one star anymore. They have now changed their system to someone taking phone calls THAT RECORDS YOUR PHONE CALL WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. That person who takes your order isn't even in the establishment, sounds like they gotten their kids in the business whom couldn't do right in the restaurant but gave them something to do when they just aren't cut out for it. THE SERVICE ISNT THE THE SAME. Since COVID they have made it so that you can just stand in a tiny corridor to pick up which is fine but they need to make sure only one customer at a time is standing inside. They would have a line past the barbershop and pizza shop for customers and Door dashers. . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Update: 4 months later since original post.They now stopped recording phone calls and have opened the inside again for customers to walk in.

I've been going here for 25 years. I'm a huge foodie, I've eaten at every Delaware Chinese restaurant and buffet north of the C&D canal. Sang Hing is the best.. You know how you always like certain things from Chinese restaurants but sometimes its hit or miss if a new restaurant will do what you like the way you like it.. well.. Sang Hing is gonna do it the way you like it every time. Never stale.. never watery.. never over or under seasoned. Great portion sizes, great prices. I recommend my top 3 favs from here.. sesame chicken, wonton soup and, the fried chicken wings.. hands down, no one will ever do thise things better than Sang Hing. And YES, the staff is incredible. I'll be checking in regularly with images of their food as I work my way through the menu so people have an easier time knowing what the menu...

OMG! This restaurant is amazing! On recommendation from a friend I stopped by Saturday and ordered lunch. Chicken teriyaki, rib tips, and chow mien. Since I had never eaten here I decided to order at the restaurant instead of online. 15 mins I had lunch and out the door. When I got home I tasted a little from everyone's order. You know sometimes you get chicken and ribs that you just keep chewing like your life depends on it. Not this! The chicken teriyaki was moist and had good flavor, the rib tips where also moist.
