Awful! I haven't been to this subway in years, and I was expecting great service like I always received in the past. The girl up front couldn't be bothered to greet me at all and decided to yell at some boys in the back, saying "Tyler get up here". While she is still ignoring me and i'm waiting for this Tyler to help with ordering, she is coughing into her hands and then touching the bread she is about to put onto the racks to bake. At that point I was seriously considering walking out. She still hasn't said a single word to me and just walks away, which is when Tyler walks up. He did a fairly decent job, made conversation. However while he was making my sandwich, one of the other guests there was looking at the ice-cream and cookies. Im sure this boy was a friend of the staffs, but the previous girl still felt it was ok to yell at this boy saying she wasn't going to give him any more cookies or ice-cream and if he wanted any he would have to wait for Tyler, whom was still helping me check out. When i told him pickles he put 3 individual slices of pickles on the whole sub! When i asked for more he said that he "has to follow procedure" and proceeded to put just 2 more slices of pickles on. I ask fore more pickles seeing as that one of two things that i get on my sub, and it is making up for the difference that some people get every veggie on the table, but when i just get 3 slices of pickles and ask for more its a big deal?! i feel like you cant make it your way and that it is a waste of money to pay $10, for bread, tuna, 5 slices of pickles, and a little mayo, I do not need to spend my time and money to go to a subway i thought was the best one anymore. Then the manager Colt started mumbling about my attitude while serving other customers. The manager 100% should not be in the position that they are in if they handle upset customers by avoiding them and mumble about my upset attitude to their co-workers while serving others.
