Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Delmont

Ordered at drive-thru food. Popcorn shrimp 1 order was asked by Dairy Queen employee if desired cocktail sauce responded affirmative meal w drink. Second order dbl cheeseburger NO ONIONS meal with drink. Total order $19.69. Received order left and drove to local park to eat and enjoy sun. Order was not completed properly. No cocktail sauce provided with popcorn shrimp meal..shrimp several extremely tiny balls. Shrimp and fries dumped in the box together. French fries dry and no taste. Bacon dbl cheeseburger polluted with onions...was terrible. Checked the receipt clearly said cocktail sauce and NO RAW ONIONS. Ate meal(s) neither of us enjoyed meals at all but had driven to a park so tried to make best of it. Leaving park drove back to Dairy Queen for dessert...ordered small strawberry sundae with chocolate sprinkles Spoke to employee concerning meals and showed receipt. Employee did not know what to say or do...result employee said couldn't do anything about it now...gave me worst strawberry sundae I've had there..and I wasted another $3-4. It is hit or miss at this location. Fries tasted like oil needs cleaned/changed. Result for me ... won't do that again...They need to train all their employees on much better food prep and...

Updated review Stopped here once again & would have been better off making my own ice cream! I ordered 4 blizzads two of those were the Superman blizzards. We were told that they could not make them. No big deal...the big deal was the children there thought it was a joke. The first comment the child who was at the counter said upon entering the store was how he couldn't wait to go home. Upon realizing we could not have our complete order we asked for a refund only to be told there was no one who knew how. Perhaps there should be an adult on shift. From now on we will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Tastyland. Better service & ice cream!

Ordered a chocolate soda. Employee had no idea of what I wanted or how to make one instead she stood there and eventually handed me a to go cup.

How difficult is it to put Chocolate syrup and selzer water mixing it and add a dollop of ice cream at the end. It's basically a root beer float. Had to order something else.

Now to the soda dispenser, I push the button for Mug Root Beer. I get selzer water. Ask a different employee for Root Beer from the fountain behind the counter. Instead of dumping or providing with a new glass she dispenser root beer on top of the selzer water I received from the public dispenser. Instead of dealing with this any longer I was not able to enjoy my experience at this location.

Poor customer service, not likely to return or refer this Dairy...
