Just 1 More Rooster — Restaurant in Deltona

I placed an order through DoorDash for this location for pick up. The pickup time was supposed to be for 11:30 P.M. to 11:45 P.M. and had been on a pending status. However, when I arrived on location and entered the store they were cleaning and closing up despite their service hours being until 2 a.m. and I was informed that the order I had placed was canceled. Not too big an issue there, what was an issue was that the moment that I step outside of the door to head back to my car I get a notice saying that the order was ready for pick up and as such could not cancel the order for my refund. I waited a bit to see if maybe they had just misclicked or were going to switch the order status to canceled. But they never did and I had to contact DoorDash support in order to obtain my refund. I wanted to leave a review here just because I'm not entirely sure if this was just a mistake or if it was a bit of a sketchy business practice. But in case it is the latter, then this will let future individuals who experience it know and serve as documentation for them.

Edit: similar to another review, I entered the store and met the eyes of about 5 people. 1 of which sitting at the bar disclosed that they were closed and a lady was the one who informed me that the order was canceled and that doordash was "bad at letting us know that". But as opposed to her review, it wasn't near the supposed 12:45...

Enjoyed our visit to this bar last night. A couple pros and cons… First off, our waiter was spot-on with attentiveness to all of his customers. Excellent, couldn’t have asked for better. The food was amazing-great tasting and good portion size. The space in there is well spread out and you’re able to move about without being on top of each other. Only things i noticed were that the high top table stools don’t have backs to them so if you’re there for hours it’s very uncomfortable. Also the music was just a tad too loud. I like a loud music vibe but this was just a couple notches over so i personally would have gone just down a tiny bit. Also the music was alot of rap type and i think perhaps the DJ was playing his personal taste and not really mixing it up well enough. The place came alive when the old favorites were played- it was magical, but then it inevitably went back to more lesser known music that didn’t really seem to suit the patrons. We almost left due to the music i’m sorry to say, (nothing personal to the dj he seemed very nice) but i noticed if he observed the reactions of the people it would have been more fun. First time here, got here at 12:45am. Once I came in, there was a couple people at the bar. As I walked towards the bar about 8 people looked at me and 1 said "We Are Closed". I was confused because online states the place is open (Closes at 2am) and the door was opened when I walked in and no sign stated closed. No batender behind the bar but was sitting down drinking with the guys. Another guy stated they was closed as well so I walked away, a female came following me stating that when theres less then 5 people, they close early (12:45am) and that those people at the bar are the managers and friends. I dont understand why the manager didnt tell a paying customer that they was closed or explained why or why have the door open if they was closed. Not one person introduced themselves as a manager when I was there ....
