I absolutely do not recommend this place. After placing my order, I was told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. At the 22 minute mark I go up to the register and ask what is going on with my order. To find out that my pizza was just now being started. They could not find the wings that was to my order so they put them in at that moment. After a 40 minute wait I finally got my order and went home. Definitely my fault for not checking my order before leaving when I get home my wings were not the ones that I ordered. I ordered bone in garlic Parmesan. And I received boneless spicy. Before I leave my house, I call them so that they can start my new wing order when I arrive there I can just pick them up. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes I had already arrived at the store and I was still on hold. I asked for a refund because I was not gonna wait for new wings to be made. They had the audacity to tell me that I had to wait 35 to 40 minutes for a refund. There’s no way that I was gonna wait 40 minutes for a refund after I had already waited 40 minutes for my pizza, and then drove home and then drove back. I left with no refund no wings. I called the store and spoke to an employee who told me "no we use that coupon all the time" proceeded to place the order with her online. Husband went to pick up the pizza and came home when I noticed the coupon applied did not come to the advertised price. Called the store and spoke to the MOD Angelica who informed me that the employee was new and confused the coupons, I replied that is fine but why am I being penalized for your employees mistake, to which she responded "well you have already picked up and paid for your pizza, so I really cannot do anything about the $1.50 that you were overcharged. And there you have it, it's $1.50 to you a seemingly insignificant amount, but it has translated into this review, loss of a customer, and most importantly the obvious poor training of this individual, who has no concept of the dollars spent in obtaining a customer. Yes she did explain to me that her franchise owner was not participating in this particular promotion, but since she failed to train her staff in this, the error was made. Read moreI ordered a Garden Pizza, the Lady gives me a salad and when I turned back to let them know they tell me that they will replace my order with the Pizza and NEVER DO. I spent 45 minutes waiting, when I walk again at the cashier I ask if it will take long, 1st lady do not answer and never came back to let me know what is going on, the guy that said will take my order, after standing for 10 minutes, comes back with another salad in hands and doesnt say anything and goes to the back, after waiting for somebody to be kind enough to tell me something I decide to leave and he followed me outside at the door of the store and tells me it will be ready in 5 minutes, he will bring it and apologies, I offered to go in one more time to pick up the Pizza that I ordered and they NEVER DID! and expressed that it was disrespectful, he insisted to bring it out and guess what?
