Just trying to be honest here. I’m from out of town and this place doesn’t even compare to the Chinese place in my town. Rice is plain and chicken is boring.The frozen Chinese food from fareway has more flavor. I got the “spicy” general Tso’s chicken, which came with “fried rice”, and crab ragoons. Chicken had zero flavor besides salt, and it tasted super soft and mushy. Also definitely no spice. The fried rice was even plain. I have driven by Fang Cheng dozens and dozens of times and never stopped. Today I stopped for lunch and I was so pleased. What a GREAT restaurant with a huge menu. I had chicken chow mein, egg roll, and egg drop soup it was DELICIOUS!! The next time I’m with my wife and we want lunch or dinner I will take her there.
