I hate being that guy but please get someone there for the phone who can actually speak English. I've hate 2 run ins were y'all didn't even put down my order when I called, and even when I showed up to tell you what I wanted, still genuinely had trouble understanding what I was saying. It takes like one hire to fix that or one book hell, if you must... Google translate exists to.
